Doc and Edna (Spoilers!)
I thought it was pretty ominous that at some point Doc was sort of... seeing Edna in a new light o.O
Is this going to be a new thing to fix in the subsequent episodes? What do you think?

I did notice that also,
but other than that I think it was Edna who burned down the speak easy. She
just seemed too satisfied with it happening and the way she was trying to justify Docs involvement in it
and doc said she totally freaked out in the 60s when the hippies came, so yeah, i think its possible, guess she's crazy enough
Well, it's one of the mistakes Young Doc will make I guess, the other one being - THE LAW Though, knowing TellTale they'll make Edna a more sympathetic character and will make us feel bad for doing stuff to her to prevent the 1986A from happening.
Doubtful anything will make me sympathetic to someone who not only reads 1984, but acts somewhat like Hill Valley's own "Big Brother". I fully believe that that will be her role in 1986A, sort of as the "snitch" with First Citizen Brown enacting the law. Marty will have to use the notebook(assuming it doesn't disappear as I believe the time machine will) to rekindle Emmett's interest in science. That's my guess anyways.
It's visible in two instances. The first is in a shot of her when Marty is talking to her from the street. The second is a little more "obvious" if you click on everything like I did lol. It's sitting on the table by her chair, right next to the candy that Marty says looks as old as he is.
I actually believe she will end up on the other side of the '1984 spectre' so to speak. One thing BttF is about is how not only the future of someone, but his personality and beliefs can be vastly different depending on their experiences in life and what they got through, even if both variants sprang out from the same source. Whatever Edna will be in 1986A, I'll find it more interesting dramatically if she's quite the opposite of herself in the original 1986, because, in my opinion, having her remain as a 'snitch' is kind of predictable and not really worth exploring.
I dunno. I get what you're saying, but I think Old Edna will be the villain of episode 3 and maybe 4. She'll be like the Emperor to Doc's Darth Vader. So to speak.
As far as changing personalities, it might be interesting to have Biff actually help you for once. I think this might be what happens, especially because he would be suffering the most out of all the regular characters in a 1984-inspired universe.
I think Doc and Marty and the end of Episode 2 will go back to 1986 with the world under rule by "First Citizen Brown." The initial meeting of Doc and Edna as well as the subsequent invitaiton of Edna's social group at the Brown residence will have an effect on Emmett Brown's future. Young Emmett will be maneuvered into the "pro-temperance" movement of Edna's and will become "First Citizen Brown."
(Doc) Fred Edison and (Nurse) Edna.
Actually, I thought of this when we first learned the episode titles, and that's still an aspect I'm willing to explore.
Another question would be, is First Citizen Brown REALLY in power, or is he just a figurehead for Edna Strickland. From the titles, it does seem like that prospect is in the mix.
The art for Episode 4 shows young Emmett trying to choose between science and the law (standing between a pile of law books and scientific instruments), but the icon for that episode is young Edna. So it could go either way.
BTW what will Mr. Strickland's role be in 1986A? I am thinking the head of their take on the Thought Police or something like that.
Speaking of Clara, does anyone think she and the Brown children will appear in this game? No I don't think so either. But after Doc mentioning that the boys are preparing for college I did have to realize that he has to be at least 88 or even 90 now. That body renewal in 2015 really does work doesn't it? Can't wait in four years! YES!!
