Order shipped but tracking number invalid?

On December 3rd, I ordered the Sam and Max S2 DVD, soundtrack and case file, and the My Games section of my profile tells me it was sent on December 8th. The tracking link, however, coughs up an error. Here's the link for the curious/diagnosing.

I have not received the package yet, but since I'm overseas, I wouldn't be worrying if not for the fact that UPS claims my parcel doesn't exist.

Please could Telltale confirm for me that my parcel does?

    Noone (I assume noone that lives overseas) actually can do that but it's on its way to your home, no worries on this one. I assume it's because your package is handed over to another shipping company altogether.

    Your parcel doesn't exist as far as UPS is concerned as your tracking link is for USPS. Telltale Games can request tracking information from USPS if it's still not delivered after a reasonable time (anything up to a couple of months isn't unusual for international packages). The tracking information isn't usually updated until a while after the package is delivered though.

    Have the same problem. Shipped to Germany at 3. December.
    Nothing arrived and the Shipping Number shows an error.

    International packages sent by Telltale can only be tracked if you picked FedEx, not USPS.
    All USPS provides is a delivery confirmation number which only works for domestic packages.
    International delivery with USPS can take 6 to 8 weeks, especially when the package is shipped in December, when the volume of mail sent probably increases five to ten-fold.
