how do I get my game.

I ordered my game 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my copy to be shipped to me. I have a copy of the invoice to prove that I purchased the first episode of the game. Does anyone have a phone number or email address I can use to contact the company and find out what the hold up is. Please help me.

    Um, it won't come to you. You see, since the game is episodic right now the only way you can play your game is through digital distribution and you're supposed to download it off if you bought the whole season.

    I say "if you bought the whole season" because to be able to play the first episode, currently you HAVE to buy all 5 episodes for a total of 24.95$ and wait for each individual episode to be released monthly (only the first episode is available to be played at this moment). Alternatively, you can play the first episode for FREE of charge, but you have to wait till the release of second episode.

    There is a way to get your game shipped to your address, when they decide to make a DVD version of the game -which generally happens after the completion of all the episodes of the season. THEN you can order the game to your home if you already bought the season, at the cost of shipping plus no extra cash.

    The games aren't shipped to you. You download them from your My Games page.

    Also, did you get the full season or did you get the free first episode? Because if it's the latter, it won't be available until February.
