I give up, how do I download my purchase?

I put in my credit card.. money came out.. but I can't find any game download links anywhere. My purchase is listed in my account history, but I can't find a download link anywhere!

I have to say I'm disappointed with my first and only TTG experience.

    Download links should be there. If not, mail at support@telltalegames.com. Oh and, before getting IMMEDIATELY disappointed just look around, and if there is an actual problem also try their help support. It's there for a reason, no company is perfect.

    That page lists that I have purchased the game, and has a link for an invoice, but no download link for the game.

    I didn't post here immediately, I scoured the entire website for download links and searched these forums for other similar issues, but didn't come up with any solutions.

    I did send an e-mail to that address, but since it's the weekend, I guess I'm just out of luck until Monday, hence the disappointment.

    Especially considering that online purchasing has been around for at least 20 years now. It's not like this is some obscure new technology we're dealing with here.

    I should have spend the 2 extra bucks and got it from steam :(

    Oh and, which game is that? If you bought like, say, Jurassic Park, it's not even released yet.

    Nope, it's not a preorder.

    As I've stated twice above.. I bought a game, I was not given a link to download it, nor any serial codes. There is a problem with the TTG e-commerce system that shouldn't be there.

    Let's get to the bottom of this. :) First, which game did you buy?

    I understand that it's not showing up on the page Falanca showed you, maybe there is an error... but we need to know the game. Was it just one episode? An entire season?
