Lack of support on recieving a DVD CE devils playhouse! Been a month +

Hello

Sorry for posting but ive tried talking to amy who said Id get an email about sending me the CE box of devils playhouse.

1st is it out.. and if it is why can I not obtain it. Each time I tried it would direct me to BUY the game again.
Amy did reply! (thank you amy)
but it was "you will get a notice of shipping soon" and its been well over a month now.

any clue amy or co?
maybe the box isnt even out yet or sold out and you cats forgot to get me one or I am jumping the gun! either way, lack of reply in email is a bit.. off putting
at least say uhh oops or something! then I can see what we can work out.

    I'm pretty sure the DVD isn't out yet. At least I can't remember hearing anything about it, and it's not on the game's page, like it is with their other games.

    DVD is out. I didn't know they were going to sell a Special Edition Box set, though (well, if you're IMPLYING that, Kaldire; your posts are really hard to read)... If that's planned, well, I believe it's not out yet.

    there should be only one version of the dvd CE style that I know of.. you get it for free just paying shipping... this DVD is not and never was available to me even though I preordered the game many months in advance and again amy said id get some email..
    but im not sure if im just again being lame or if there really is an issue on telltales end in not ever getting me the dvd CE box.

    Oh I must have misunderstood it. I wasn't sure what "DVD CE" meant.

    Where do you live, by the way? If you live in Europe, the shipping takes over a month and a half to get to you, sadly. Try mailing the support if you don't get your DVD in two or three weeks. If you're not a European, mail the support again and ask them to redo the shipment.

    I'm pretty sure that the location in his profile box (Sacramento, California) places him within 100 miles from Telltale headquarters.
    As for the CE, I'd wager it stands for Collector's Edition, which is not all that far from Collector's DVD.
    I'd say e-mail support@telltalegames.com again (including your previous ticket number, which, I believe, was 43506).

    heya yo! That link you gave me took me to a different store page!
    this one says pay 0.00 just SHIPPING!!
    THANKS! now I can bypass the need for help and just order it!

    (before .. the store page made me buy it again or tried.. I think because of that special deal on all the sm series)

    I havent put the order through yet but ill try it

    Odd the stores are different... same thing happened during the chest for MI where the page would show only the chest or vice versa.
