Release Date Question

From reading various threads I saw the release date was set for tom for pc/mac, so I figured that was also the release date for the xbox360/ps3...is this correct will it be available on the marketplace tom?

    No. The PS3 and 360 versions will release later.

    It's already 24th. Where's the game? I can't wait until US catches up, I want to play now.
