The preview *CHANGES* by choices made! (spoilers)

Let's see if we can uncover all possible preview scenes displayed.
It looks like there are 3 decisions that affect the preview

I'll edit this later as more is learned.

1) (saved Doug) Doug: "you look like crap lee, when was the last time you ate?" (offers energy bar) "keep it" "hey I owe you a lot more than a half eaten candy bar"
2) (saved Carly) Carly: "I want you to have this, okay? In case you or Clementine starts feeling weak."

Clem says she's really hungry. Kenny says we gotta get food soon. "Howdy! I'm Andrew Saint John. We're from the St. John Dairy". Guessing not dependent on choices.

1) (tried to save Sean) Katja: "Don't repeat what happened with the walkers at Hershel's farm." "You choose the kids this time."
2) (tried to save Duck) Katja: "I never did thank you for saving Duck from the walkers back at Hershel's farm"

Kenny: "Something's coming Lee, there's gonna be a war." Lee: "The walker's don't worry me as much as the bandits" Bandits: "You fucked with us, now we'll take what we want" "there's too many of them!" (man in glasses shot with arrow)

1) Sided with Kenny: Lilly: "You've never liked my dad. Even back at the drugstore when everyone thought Kenny's kid was bit, you went out of your way to side against him."
2) Sided with Larry: ???
3) silent/passive : No Lilly speech. Kenny & Larry argue how to handle newly infected person

Young man in high school athletic jersey firing scoped rifle amongst zombies "This isn't happening". "No more please, no more!" (Lee hits him with axe?)

I always chose to go at night so I might have missed any preview material dealing with Chet

No Chet in the preview, whatever you do. I think you've got this down to how this worked out. IIRC, Carley has almost the same line as Doug in this (which is a bit disappointing, really).

I would however love to have confirmation if the candy bar Carley or Doug give you is the same bar Lee gave them in the drugstore (so, if you did not give one to them, they won't hand it back to you).

I chose to not give either Carley or Doug a candy bar (as far as i know you can't give Doug a candy bar) but they still offer you one in the preview, even though you never gave em one.

ohh and you can get a preview where Lilly isn't in it, because you never said or did anything towards Larry on the game, if you led both options where you can either side with Kenny or Larry and the option where you can talk about Lilly as a leader run out of time, you becomes friendly towards Lilly so she won't say anything negative towards you in preview because she isn't in it!

instead you get a scene with Kenny where someone have become infected where Lee and Kenny argues about what needs to be done about it! :D

now if that isn't a spoiler then i don't know what is! ;)

I just single handed made sure the walking dead will be played for more than 100 hours just from the people on this board! :D

Ahhh you're right. I recognized that too, but kind of forgot about it again. ;)

You had to do another thing or have chosen another thing.

I gave the reason to Lilly when she said that they had taken risks for saving us but I sided with Kenny when Larry wanted to Duck being tossed out and I get angry Lilly in the trailer.

I think that you must have chosen not saying anything when Kenny ask you what to do with Larry.

as i said you have to make the time run out in all the Larry conversations.

If you side with Kenny you will make Lilly not like you = you did it wrong, if you want to see the 3'rd preview that is.

and I think you have to save Duck as well, for the conversation with Kenny and the infected individual to come up in the preview.

Ok, I've got it now! Thanks. ;)

Ive still got holes to fill if anyone can help.
Need preview dialogue for those who saved carly, and those who sided with larry
  • edited May 2012
The dialogue with Carley is literally the exact same as with Dough -_-
  • edited May 2012
Carley's is concerned for both Clem and Lee
    Doug's focused on Lee

both are chraracter tells (Doug's more logical thinking and only focusing on those who can fight/protect the group, Carley appears to care for them both)

I got everything except siding with Larry -- anyone?

Is that even "entirely" possible? After all, totally siding with Larry would have meant that out goes Duck... ;)

Has anyone tried truly siding with larry? Tell us what happens in your preview,

New here, so hello to all.

as for Larry, screw him. the lack of a answer about siding with him shows that not to many people like him.

    If you sided with Larry:

Kenny: "Remember when everyone though Duck was bit? Well, I´m just doing the same thing here. It´s obvious he won´t survive"

(I´m paraphrasing, I don´t remember the whole line by heart)

That is also what happens if you led all the Larry/Kenny debates just run out.

I done sided with Larry just to see the change.
In the room/elevator you're arguing with Kenny this time, he's saying basically that someone is infected and since you sided with Larry last time surely you think they should kill this guy too.
I assume Larry done got bit.

Sounds like it's Larry is bit to me. Or at least, his meds are out.

...anyone for the possibility that it's not necessarily the same bitten person in every game?

Yeah that would be a great choice! And to choose whether to amputate their affected area or kill them off on the spot!

    TAINTED MEAT!
