if we leave David instead of chopping off his leg, he uses his kung fu skills to break the necks of the zombies attacking him and uses his "shatter metal punch" to escape, he then kicks the ass of all the toughest bandits and becomes the bandit king
anyway it fits in my cartoon art style, people dont have colour in there eyes at all unless they are undead, or maybe to trick the reader/survivors into thinking they are undead but they were drunk or got something in their eyes after all
