Also: DOUBLE ZOMBIE MODE!
At this point I think we can all agree that it is an empirical FACT that a Zombie Mode makes any game better. If you disagree, I submit COD Black Ops, Red Dead Redemption and Arma II as evidence. Furthermore, you are a poopy head.
The obvious problem now is how do you add a zombie mode to an already great game about zombies?
The only thing I can think of is some kind of mechanized zombie, or perhaps adventuring against oversize zombies might be fun. Maybe both of these things might be even better together!
Although, now that I've thought about it a tiny bit, maybe adding a zombie mode to a zombie game cancels it all out. Maybe the extra zombie mode for "The Walking Dead" would just be a series of endlessly repeating mundane tasks that you perform, like work and paying taxes and watching television, all while aging in real time and eventually dying of old age...
...I made myself sad

But I cracked up *Thumbs up*
I think they should just have a "hard" mode, and add in two or three zombies at certain spots where there was only one before. Give us some extra death animations!
Well, if a Walking Dead zombie mode is Bleak Realism, then a Resident Evil zombie mode would be Motion Control Rhythm Melee Fighting.
Feel the rhythm...of my FISTS!
Also, Red Dead Redemption's zombie mode was terrible.
That's an interesting idea, but I'm not sure how it could help add a zombie mode to The Walking Dead. Thoughts?
Note the bold text..you mean to say that, yes? Because there are, in my opinion, games that would be absolutely ludicrous with a zombie mode in it, and others that would really need it. Games like the classic Resident Evils and Walking Dead does NOT need a zombie mode; they ARE the zombie mode.
See boys and girls this is what happens when an intelligent person decides to make a joke about Zombie mode using the term of Zombie as an monotonous routine that is basically real life. After the joke is made watch the wild forum goers some see the joke for what it is and participate like Moi and possibly Epic Kiwi but others dont understand the joke. and they get aggressive
Would all the characters look like talking foodstuffs?
Absolutely.
From the zombies perspective they're still just regular folk who live in a strange new world filled with friendly, tasty beings made of marshmallows and caramel and stuff.
"Eat us!" they say!
And, like, you score points off eating them, with multipliers for every lone family member you leave alive and consumed by grief and misery!
By the way, you can use any of these ideas if you want, Telltale Games, I don't mind! (wink)
"Zombie mode" as an addon sucks in every game tho. Red Dead doesn't count because it isn't a mode, it's an alternate story with undead, cutscenes and all. Black Ops, CodWaW, and so many other games just tacking zombies onto their game is ridiculous. And usually not even fun. I couldn't stand going online with world at war cuz EVERYONE played zombies. Well, the CoD kids ARE the zombies!!!! Going out spending $60 every single year for the same drull crap of a game. Same 2007 engine, same scenarios, SAME multiplayer. That's insanity, $300 for the same product. Like this new Spiro game with the toy attachment. Yeah it's cool and even fun, but a friend of mine spent $350 on the stuff!! Buy a damn go-kart for your kid if you want some physical fun, sheesh.
I did like Spec-Ops....but I didn't buy it ;op
Just a fun little rant to go along with this asinine topic
