Does anyone know how the walking dead wiki got a plot synopsis for Ep.2 with a release date of 6/26.
They had the first 20 minutes of Ep. 2 at E3, all that stuff is what was shown at E3, I've exhausted the links on the first 5 pages of Google search so I've read that like 100 times!

Thanks for the answer. Ive been doing the same thing over the last couple of hours.
Ps. Sorry for the double post.
If Dawnguard is about the Mythic Dawn bullshit and not something Awesome like Killing the Racist Elves or Hanging out with the Crazies in the Shivering Isles i'm gonna be piiissssseeeeddd
it's 330 and all is well 3 30 and only 2 and a half hours till the update. Well im going to bed if you dont see me again later today it's because i'll be gone for a week
Guys, please calm down. There is no announcement from any trustworthy source. There won't be anything on Steam or PSN today. The waiting hype is completely unnecessary.

I'm almost to the point I don't even care about the game anymore. If it doesn't release this week I prob won't be on the forum for a while, unless I happen to win a spot in the contest. Otherwise I have other games to play and more important things to do

I wouldn't say calm down. Because, you know if it's not out today, these forums will be on fire. Get the ban hammer ready Vain. You're gonna need it...
so, you cant release it because xbox and ps3 are making trouble? how about releasing it for pc earlier, would be nice to get games earlier than the consoles for a change..
And of course it is not out on Xbox. I hope PS3 guys will let us know. If it's not out, this is getting ridiculous. TTG needs to get their heads out of their asses.
yea this time of day its like this. for me it starts at like 3:00 am est and continues for hours its kinda annoying
Exactly. And it turns out I wasted my time pulling an all-nighter after reading from multiple reliable websites that it would be out today for PC, PS3, and XBLA. Because TTG can't seem to give an exact release date while every other third-party can.

what websites said it would be out today just curious

If you google "The Walking Dead Episode 2 June 26" multiple websites come up and say TTG confirmed it would be out today on all platforms. n4g, thextremepulse, and egmnow are the more reliable ones I believe.

well,it is only early morning right now there is still time for it to come out if it does come out today because episode 1 wasn't on Xbox live till after 5:00 pm so there is awhile to wait
A simple "Sorry" word would have been nice by TTG: I can even try to understand they are out of the due time for release and patiently wait, but I can't forgive they are not polite at all.
Unfortunately, being a relative noob at all of this forum crap (and therefore I am a first time poster), I felt it was relevant to express my displeasure towards the game. I (like some other unfortunates) bought the season pass for the game in around the middle of May. Indeed I had heard about the prospect of a "Walking Dead" game after the first season of the show and quickly jumped at the idea. Like most others I've been waiting for episode two for a while now, this is of course after waiting for episode one to be released. I don't know what exactly Telltale are attempting to achieve by leaving us in a metaphorical dark room, whether it be through a complex marketing strategy to improve sales or if it is simply massive delays that they cannot improvise against but it is in my opinion that the tiniest pieces of information could do a lot of difference, dare I say, a percentage bar to show game development until the release date or even simply a release date that is Over- exaggerated rather than under.
Normally, I am a pretty calm person but to be honest keeping us in the dark has two immediate effects according to military strategy (trust me, I don't read these books for fun, just out of boredom) it first creates anxiety and then is swiftly followed by revolt and by the fact that the comments on this page has doubled in the past few days, I can safely say that we're going past the point of anxiety.

I wouldn't call those websites reliable. (Or at least, their Walking Dead release date articles don't appear reliable.) Each website claims Telltale Games made an announcement, but no website sources the origin of the announcement. (Privately messaged by Telltale, personal interview with employer, leak from the official website, whatever.) I guess we'll have to wait.
Waiting a month for two hours of gameplay is one thing, but waiting a month with absolutely no word from Tell Tale as to why there's a delay or when it would be reasonable to expect release is a completely different thing.
I'm not going to post angry complaints and I'm not going to ask for a refund. I'll wait for the next episodes to come out whenever they eventually come out, but I won't be touching another Tell Tale game. A bit of communication goes a long way but no communication doesn't inspire confidence or trust.

Yeah that is true. Plus, TTG employees probably aren't even awake yet considering they're in California.
