Will Glenn Return?! (Spoilers)

I was looking closely into the trailer for TWD and took a look at this picture:

In this picture you can see a train in the background so it is most likely from Episode 3 – Long Road Ahead.

Now look it this picture again that I have edited:

That looks a lot like Glen to me. Now if you look at his picture from the Cast tab from the website this is what Glen looks like.

As you can see all his clothing is similar like the hat, red shirt, and the brown sweatshirt. To me it looks like Glen will be returning! He was one of my favorite characters and I would be glad to see him again.

Sorry if there has already been a post like this I didn't see one.

    it is definitely Glenn i don't know why he would be there though,Now i haven't seen any episode 2 screen shots or videos except this one because i didn't want to know any thing before i play episode 2 so is this a pic or a video because i read somewhere that each episode is written by different people and that all the episode are not complete so maybe that was created just for E3 or something i don't know but at this time in the comics Glenn is already with ricks group but than again its hard to guess the time line PS Glenn is my favorite too ;)

    Could be :cool:

    Would be nice to see Glenn again, and have him comment about your actions. He does split off from the group at some point, but he has more people with him at that point.

    im pretty sure this wont actually acre in the game, mainly becasue i believe the one inbetween doug and kenny is Hersel. i have the ps3 theme and one of the background is this picture but its a better quality and im pretty sure that Hersel. the only way this might happen is somewhere close to episode 3 (because of teh trains) and taht in terms of the comic this would take place after rick and the group leave initially leaving glen on the farm.

    No, the devs said that some scenes were changed in the trailer(as in the characters really weren't who they were, a great example was the suicide scene which showed some other person and Kenny trying to stop him instead of Irene and Glenn being the characters) for spoilery reasons.

    Besides that, when could Glen possibly fit into the story now? It's been 3 months. He's already met up with Rick by now and he never really was absent from the group.

    I dont think that picture has anything to do with the gameplay whatsoever i think its just a promo pic and for the trailer pretty much of the casr from episode 1. so i doubt glen will be in the rest because now he is on his way to be with his group.

    Promotional screens and vids are often just to show what the game will be like or look like.. TTG have changed locations in the past with screens.. I think that trailer was just put together so people would get the vibe of the game.

    He's already met up with Rick's group outside Atlanta by Episode 2. There's one place I can think we might see a glimpse of him but it won't be until much later (Woodbury). If they even include that.

    The images in that teaser were meant to convey a mood and deliberately had the locations and characters scrambled up to keep from being a spoiler.

    well, apparently this story is parallel to the original comic story. I always had the impression that we will eventually meet up with everyone. rick, shane, carl, all them characters.

    Glenn's story in the game is finished. He hasn't really developed friendships or beefs with the rest of the group and there weren't any acute choices that really influenced his stance towards Lee (that means, whatever you choose in the Irene conflict, Glenn questions the decision).

    So there would have to be a new reason for him to be back. Personally, I'd find that a bit stapled on. Glenn's had a nice cameo for the hardcore fans to throw in a familiar face for the comic fans - but his cameo essentially helped to introduce and justify all the other characters which are meant to be fleshed out more (or have their flesh eaten) in future episodes.

    We'll likely see the scene shown up there with slightly different character combinations. Maybe Carley/Doug will be there for more options, even some new characters.

    BTW, I'm really looking forward to episode 3. Road movies are my favorite. ;)

    Yup. The environment seems to be programmed, so why not use it? The character models are interchangeable in the blink of an eye.

    This is off topi ahhh forget it. Campfire song FTW. We might even finally get that musical scene everyone was hoping for in the last episode of "The Devil's Playhouse". I am sure Lee is a hell of a dancer, and a dancing Clementine would surely inspire her most loyal subjects. :D

    ...and to avoid spoilers, of course. One of the best trailers TTG has ever come up with was the one for the second Monkey Island episode ("Siege of Spinner Cay"), where a crucial most spoilery detail was changed. It was hilarious when the trailer was somehow invalidated after ten minutes of gameplay. ;)

    That's weird cause I definitely don't think Glenn will be coming back. He's gonna go on to meet up with what will be Rick's group outside of Atlanta, and he stays with Rick (except for a short time at the prison) forever on.

    That is exactly how I interpreted his farewell.
    Just a cameo for him, and well placed it was.

    Yeh, that is Glenn. But I don't think he will ever return.
    By the episode 2, Glenn is already with Rick. In the comics there are 2 moments where Glenn splits from the group: when they are kicked off Hershell's farm, and when the prision is invaded by the Governor.
    We can see that it is episode three, and I don't think that image is real. Because are missing some characters: Clementine, Duck, Larry, Katjaa, Ben and Mark. There is a sit that we can't see, but I don't think all the other characters are dead.
    I don't think that when Rick's group leaves the farm, Glenn will leave too, and find Lee.
    And i don't think either that Glenn will find Lee while the prison is being attacked, because at that time, Lilly will not be there. And probably Lilly found Woodbury before Rick, otherwise, The Governor would fed her to his "baby"...
    So, I don't think Glenn will return...
