Noticing change on REPLAYED relationships...

I've replayed this game numerous times on both episodes and wondered if anyone notices the subtle changes in action and dialogue with certain characters. For example,

In episode 1 after Larry punches you and Kenny comes to your aid, he says "I'm not leaving anyone else behind, especially a good friend." Now if you were an ass with Kenny in that episode, his last response changes to "especially if he's an asshole." I couldn't stop laughing.

Another example was with Lily in episode 2. In this run I sided with Lily on everything, and in the part at the dinner table with the St. John's, I told Lily to grab a knife, she friggin grabs it quick and gets out of her seat aiming it at Andy. This never happened to me before, as Lily would just sit there, probably because our relationship was weak.

Anyone else notice little quirks like this?

I have one, but it is unconfirmed. In the beginning of Ep.1 Lee and Clem sleep in the barn. Clem says "It smells like..." and you have to finish the phrase with "manure" or "shit". I went for "manure".

Later in Ep. 2 Lee goes into the brothers' barn to see the cow. The childrem are there too and Duck wonders: "What's that smell?" Clem immediately answers "It smells like manure".

I think, if you tell her "shit" in the first episode, she will remember that and use it. Might be very funny situation.

what happens if you say you know

Well, he is probably the most minor character next in episode one, but if you leave Clem's house during the day, you see Chet alive. If you leave at night, you see Chet as a Walker.

What probably happens is that if Lee and Clem leave earlier, they save Shawn and Chet from the walkers that approach. If you wait for night, then Chet probably gets nabbed by the Walkers, and Shawn barely gets away. He then finds the police officer, and brings him back to Clem's neighborhood to save Chet, but he's too late.

Also, if Chet dies, Herschel doesn't argue about needing to reinforce the fence.

I notices everyone of you got saved on the end when you are fighting one of the brothers outside, after you escaped the meat locker room.
Kenny or the chick helped you. In my case I had to fight the brother off alone.

I noticed how siding with kenny has an incredible pain on the thumbs from restraining lily then fighting with andy twice. while siding with her is easy and she shoots andy in the ear.

I also noticed how we all compared Duck to the Toy Story kid and one of the brothers is named Andy

Lol didn't realize Clem says manure in that part on episode 2. I wonder if she'd repeat it as "shit" if you tell her that originally in episode 1

I noticed during the teacher/student zombie fight scene, the person you gave the axe to/saved in EP 1 are the ones to help you in the fight.

Yeah, I had Lilly grab the knife too, though in the end I felt like a fool cause it didn't mean much.

But I felt good for a bit getting to bark orders to her.

Yeah, I told her it smelled like shit in episode 1. In episode 2, she says, it smells like shit right Lee? Duck and the adults look at Lee funny and Lee tells Clem not to use bad words. Too funny. Kids remember everthing you say.

I picked "manure" in my save slot 1 and "shit" in my save slot 2 during episode 1. And was suitably mortified, chagrined and embarrassed when Clem followed my poor example!

In episode 2 I failed to fix the swing myself on the first round, but fixed it on my second play, so I'll be interested to see if that gets a callback later on.

I really don't get the whole issue they have with her saying "Shit"... She watched me bash her zombie sitters head in, she sees Shane die, she watches Doug or Carley eaten alive, and by the end of Episode 2 *Spoilers*she sees Mark legless, Larry get his skull bashed in by Kenny, and (in my play-through) Lee kill the Brothers.*Spoilers*

But what they have a problem with is her saying SHIT!?... It's realistic, unfortunately, because people are stupid like that... My Lee is direct, honest, yet still compassionate when it comes to clementine and is teaching her to do the hard things to survive in this Hell World. I'm sickened by the the fact MY Lee actually gave a crap. XD
