Never found Lilly the slightest attractive.. On my scale she is a 5 out of 10. She is OK not superugly but wouldn't call her attractive in any way, shape or form.
this is just from her looks. if we include her character and behaviour.. oh boy. she would drop a ton. never seen such a bitchy person in my life. hands down carley.
Beyond her good looks, Carley is a trusting friend and fun to tease and most of all, you can probably get into an argument with her and not end up getting shot in the face.
Well, you said to judge this on looks, not personality. In that case I'm gonna have to go with Lilly. If you meant looks AND personality, we all know who it would be. Hands down...Larry.

If I'm not mistaken Lee and Carley(I think) beat her tally wise on taking human lives.If you discount Lilly being comic Lilly(as Kirkman has) then she has killed two people(Carley/Doug and the bandit leader) and maybe only killed walkers from that point onwards,even Dougie kills one human.
Lee murdered the senator,killed three or five bandits and,depending on your actions, kills/murders other individuals.
The only and big difference I see is that Lilly,sadly and tragically, murdered a fellow group member(who players knew and cared about).
If you discount the bandits, due to self defence, then her and Lee are equal tally wise(if your Lee managed to keep his hands as clean as he possibly could).
My point: Lilly wasn't a raging lunatic(debatable,I know ) who only wanted to kill fellow humans.
Just an observation about Lilly's body count. I've never actually seen her kill a walker though, so even just Carley/Doug would put her over the top. Not saying she was a lunatic either.
Lilly wasn't too um, attractive, from a straight girl's perspective. Of course, had she not been fighting for her life, she'd probably be really pretty. I know I wouldn't look too great if you put me in her shoes.
Carley was gorgeous, especially for, again, being in the apocalypse. She was beautiful in that "cute" kind of way, you know? I keep wondering how she managed to look so good in the midst of blowing zombie brains out.
(Now Travis, he was pretty hot...)

Until I saw this thread the thought of whether or not Lilly was attractive had never even crossed my mind. She's doesn't smile the whole game and tried to boss people around.
Don't know about you guys but that's the opposite of what I'm looking for in a girl.
Carley, simply because she was nice and she kept my secret and adviced me to tell some people about my secret later.. well I really liked her and I was so damn angry when Lilly shot her so I left Lilly in the fucking woods, Lilly will survive in the woods and goes to wood berry and meets the governor there, and after that she shoots him in the head because he made her kill a women with her baby, she yelled calling him "You Monster!" Just like she called Kenny when he killed Larry! and in the comic her name was Lilly aswell, so Lilly didn't die yet!
Here's how I see it: Carley was like a battery in way because - wait for it - they both turn you on. Anyone? Okay... well if it wasn't obvious my vote goes to her. Even though Lilly is attractive as well she really starts aging badly after episode 1 compared to the other characters.

Personal opinions on the characters aside and just based on looks, I'd say Lilly.
On a sidenote, I find it humorous more ppl voted for Larry then Lilly XD
