Episode 3 - Choices from ep1 ok - Choices from ep2 are reversed

Anybody having that problem?
I'm playing on the PC version (downloaded from TellTale website)
I have 2 save games.
When I start ep3, using either saves, It seems the games takes the correct choices from ep1.
However, it seems to be the REVERSE choices from ep2.
I don't think it's necessary to list them all, so I won't.
I was wondering if any others had that problem i.e. choices from ep1 are ok, choices from ep2 are reversed.
