How Could Things Possibly Get Worse?
Ep. 4 & 5 are supposed to be as bad, or worse, but I'm wondering how.
From the preview, nothing excites me.
After seeing all the characters I care about gone, except Clem, I'm a lot more jaded than before.
I could care less if Omid dies of an infection or Christa offs herself.
Chuck? Pfft!
The mysterious man really isn't that scary. I mean, take the damn walkie talkie and all ties are cut.
In this dangerous world, why would I bother looking for him?
Clem will just have to not see her parents. They're probably dead. She has to deal with it.
But all that said, I'm guessing Clem with be kidnapped or something. What else could match the death of Carley and the others?

So, even if we leave the lot behind, I don't see how things can deteriorate more. I wouldn't want an entire episode to be focused on searching for Clem - that'll just piss me off.
I dont think it will get worse, but I do think something will happen to Clem in the next episode... personally based off the trailer Im thinking episode 4 ends with Lee and Clem getting split up. Im sure of the 8 members right now ATLEAST 2 more will die in episode 4. I think chuck and omid as of right now.
Short of seeing Clem have her head torn from her body, watching her eyes roll back into her head as the flesh rips from her collar bone, the apathy that Episode 3 has brought with its pacing, plot, poor script and lackadaisical narrative its hard to be interested. Episode 3 did barely enough to keep the series head above water, and that is never a good thing.
Of course people hate Ben but, they don't realize Lilly was the problem too, they point at Ben, but Lilly didn't want to leave the motel when they should have, when they knew there were bandits in the woods.
I don't think theres a single character who is totally blameless in the walking dead game by now. Even *SNIFFLE* The Queen. WHYYYYYYYYY WHY QUEEN WHY DID YOU TALK TO THE EVIL MAN AND NOT TELL US?
It's kind of hard to say this, but what if she gets molested? Could/would TTG even go there?
We wouldn't see it. course. But I can see Lee asking her "Are you ok?" like in the meat locker. only this time Clem answering in this soft sad breaks your damn heart voice "He touched me Lee"
i think my Lee would be come a murderer at that point
Hahaha, why is this so hilarious to me. Oh God. I mean in a real life context terrible, but in the game, in the way you described, I can't stop laughing over here...Hahahaha " He touched me Lee ", Hahahaaaaaaaa
And Chuck suicides by throwing himself in middle of zombies crowd.
That's as long as Telltale wants to make the episode more emotional so let's make it so emotional then >_>
Then we replace it with a chainsaw. Which she can't use till she's older.... a Dagger to start maybe?
Pretty much how I feel after playing Ep3. I have no idea how Ep4 will be more intense than 3, but we will see.
Yeah in my other play through I sided with Kenny on everything and I am good friends with him. Right now since he lost his family I feel that there really isn't anything left for him in the game. I have a feeling he will probably kill himself or more than likely save the entire group by a self sacrafice like staying back and holding up the walkers. If Kenny were to die that way I would have much respect for him because of all the things he dropped the ball on he would make up for it. At this moment I can only speculate, its just so sad to see his entire family taken from him in Ep3.
Want to really be sad don't fight him talk him down. "There's no way this world let's my boy live when I let someone elses die."
They always hurt. The ones you love. The ones they shouldn't hurt at all. And now all thats left is Clementine. I think you should prepare to bawl.
Last time someone asked this question, TTG went there... and they made us feel like crap afterward, too. Stop asking this horrible question!
I have to admit, though, I do agree with another poster on how it's getting difficult to stay interested in the game and storyline, as of right now. Episode one was a good starter, and episode two was kind of slow, to me. Episode three just seemed overwhelming with all the events that took place, leaving episode four in a hard spot to compete.
At this point in time, if episode four seems slow paced, the end of it better be so messed up that it causes me to tear up (I haven't cried in six years, since my wife passed away and my stepdaughter moved out. It's no easy task to make me cry. :P). If not, then episode five is going to be really hard to follow up with.
TTG, give it your best shot!
It can get worse, but i doubt i will care, since theres no one in the group i care about now.
Seriously, if theres a chance for me to leave someone behind, i will do it.
I dont care for the new people.
I stopped caring for Kenny in episode 2.
Ben is useless and annoying.
I stopped caring for Lilly when she shot Carley, so 2 flies in 1 there.
Katjaa... Duck....
As for Christa and Omid.... Yawn. I have no idea who they are as i didnt pay attention when they came along.
It's a pity. This game had potential, despite being very linear. But when you kill every character its pretty much like starting over and i dont feel like it. Maybe in a month or two, but it will be like starting over as everything that happen up to this point doesnt matter anymore.
The tv series pushed the line when they killed Dale, Shane. Im sure if they had killed Daryl, Andrea and so on they would have lost a huge fanbase in the process.
I think that might have been what Telltale just did.
Do your worst TTG, nothing can affect me now
Yeah that was bad when he said that when I played through talking him down. It shows that Kenny could have saved Hershels son but cowered out because his son was safe and thats what he cared about. I can understand him doing what he did though, why risk your neck and possibly get killed and leave you wife and son by themselves. Just my .02 cents though.
you can tell Clementine to be careful of ben
The possibilities with this are vast, fighting to stay in the group and trying to keep the groups trust and faith while at the same time, trying to figure out what to do should you die because you don't want clem to be alone, while at the same time trying to find a way to keep yourself alive or stay healthy long enough to achieve what little you can with the time you have left. And if possible, cure yourself as unlikely as it may seem at the time. It would be fresh and it would be cool.
But seeing how chapter 3 showed us that our choices don;t matter and so forth, this turn of events would be a waste.
{Off Topic}
here in Brazil, 95% of people wanted Shane death. (I do not): D

I doubt somehow that episode makes me feel sad In my group the only ones that I care about are Clem and Kenny, but if Kenny die, I will not be surprised.
I dont agree.
I thought Lilly was reasonable up untill she shot Carley in the cheek.
I think Andrea grew in season 2.
While Shane became more and more hated. What Shane did to Otiz is unforgivable.
