Is there a way to leave with Lilly?
I'm just at the part in Ep.3 where Lilly (who I chose to take on the RV after she shot Carley) takes off in the RV, leaving the group at the train wreck. Just before she pushed Lee out of the RV, she said: "Come with me" and I had the option to say "Ok" but I didn't take it, as I couldn't stomach the thought of leaving Clem or the group.
But it left me REALLY curious. don't spoil the rest of the ep. for me please, but WAS there actually a way to leave with Lilly if I had chosen "Ok"? I can't imagine the rest of the story continues with just Lilly and Lee...does something happen right after that ends up making that choice worthless because Lee ends up back with the group anyway some how (say Kenny blows the tires on the RV as we drive away, with his gun)
I'm definitly going to do multiple playthroughs of the game after Im done playing through once, but my plans for my next play through don't involve befriending Lilly at all, so she might not even offer it to me when the time comes.

Unless the explanation ruins the rest of the story, I mean :P
Some see it as a betrayal but personally I see it has Lilly looking for a last assurance that Lee doesn't hate her for what she did.She committed a terrible thing and realized that she must now find her own way in that horrendous world.
thank-you for that explanation. It's kind of sad really, but realistic in a sense. If the group saw Lee just walk out of the RV though, and then Lilly drive off - did they suspect he cut her free or something? When he rejects her, she pushes him out so its obvious that something went wrong, to the group.
That train would've just been a big metal box full of walkers hurtling towards an overturned tanker of gasoline.
And that's if Kenny had even got the thing started.
yeah its double betrayal if you let her stay in the RV, she really does just leave all of us to die, even though i knew i could get the train started because its a game, the characters didn't know that, so in lillys mind she left us for dead, Clementine included, its as if she wanted us all to die
Well, I hope that answers your question without spoiling the rest of the episode for you . Welcome to the forum too.
Thanks, and it did answer my question!
