***** showing up as a walker in this episode is ridiculous

She was completely devoured in the previous episode.

And yet even her clothes, nonetheless her intestines are intact. I was pretty amused when she showed up.

The point was she looked just zombified, and not missing a midsection from being eaten alive.

Yeah, I tried it last Thursday. It was enjoyable.

Last I checked only her stomach was torn open...? I thought it was neat how she showed up, a nice touch. Would have been cool if they upgraded her model to show her stomach ripped open but I can deal.

True, but I can imagine they didn't stop at her stomach. These walkers tend to be hungry fellows.

Her and Clem's parents made me wish that Telltale would of included a Doug/Carley walker confrontation in the pharmacy in episode 3, instead of the pilot.
Getting partially eaten and a 3-4 months time gap since death didn't seem to prevent them being recognisable...

This is true as well, although walkers are more attracted to moving, loud targets and once Brie stopped moving they may have just lost interest in her and moved towards Lee and the others. Albeit this isn't a canon fact, it was only stated in the TV series and not the comic book series.

When you think about it's a little weird that there are so many intact walkers everywhere. Following the fall of humanity most people died due to walkers yet, supposedly, a walker would just completely devour any human it gets their hands on. So how did these people come back if they were completely devoured?

IF you mean Brie - she was a contest winner and that was her prize.

Time to get over it. :)
