That isn't the case for me, I left Vince behind at the camp and got the Kenny-lookalike picture.
And I don't think my save is messed up anymore, I had the common PC issues but I managed to get back my original save intact to play Season 2 with. And (From what I saw with Lee's actions during the "Previously on The Walking Dead") My choices were still the same. Still though, that's not all of them.

So has anyone with the PC-version seen another picture than the one in the opening post?
If not it's up to the PS3-players to find out whether or not they have means of changing the image.
It would sure help though, It seems only Kennylookalike is on PC so far, and Vince and the Horizontal looking Clem is on PS3. I think Those are still possible to get on PC though.

And furthermore, If you look very closely at the 1st image, you can see that the person to Clem's right ( Technically the left side of the screen) You can see an outline of Kenny's signature Handlebar mustache, It's gotta be him! xDD

Yeah, I'm not sure how the choices will effect it but I have a feeling the ones who were left behind at the camp will turn into some crazy tribal cult or possibly just some stoner group considering Eddie is there.

Just bought another copy of season two on my PS3. I had the same choices as I did on my Mac save. What I can conclude:
US PS3 Result: Clem facing left, old hairstyle, Vince silhouette
EU PS3 Result: Clem facing downwards, new hairstyle, Vince silhouette
PC/Mac Result: Clem facing downwards, new hairstyle, Kenny (?) silhouette

It's looking like the top picture is Nick, not Kenny. Kenn'y hair is more spiky and goes upwards slightly while Nick's comes down and settles on his shoulders.
Also while playing with the brightness/contrast of the first picture I got a pretty good look at the face of the guy in the hoodie. We know it's not Vince since he can be in the same picture, but he does look strikingly familiar. Anyone remember someone from 400 days who looks like this?

Does look like it's a platform decision. I play on a UK PS3, checked the episode screens before and after playing and it didn't change.
I have the Vince and Eddie silhouettes and had everyone go to camp (which would suggest Eddie is at the camp?). Either way I'm happy as I was hoping to see more of Vince and Eddie.

This is a curious find. Mine is same as the first picture. Pc version. In 400 days, Vince, Wyatt and Russell stayed behind.
And mine looks like it's more paint then blood.
I think the cover image just varies from console to PC.
