My season 2 game lags?

Does anybody know why "All That Remains" lags and slows down a lot? the playback is very slow. Yet for Season 1 it's very smooth and normal.

I'm playing this on my Windows 7 computer by the way. What do I do to make it run normal

    Can you specify your PC configuration?

    If you PC is good enough you could try reinstalling the game.

    With me it's the other way around. I looks like TT optimized their grapihics engine in between seasons. I have little lags in season 1. season 2 went flawlessly.

    Although: What are your settings for season one? You aren't able to customize as much in season two. So I could imagine that your PC is on the slower side, and you customized season one in a way that it was playing without lags. And in season two you can't tweak that much. For example I found that the shadow-setting in season 1 influenced the framerate quite a bit (on my old PC). And there is no setting in season two for the shadow. So maybe you turned the shadow to low quality on season one? And can't do that in season 2.

    I play on windows XP and season 1 ran without 1%lag (after i make grapchics low as posible and could not see croshair) But i just got season 2 and im playing episode 1 and not many options for graphics i turn antilasing or whatever its named off and graphics texture low and at the beging of game whene they were talking about the baby name they were all just black figures with eyes and a mouth after the first cutscene that was fix but after that it was ok (THE GRAPCHICS) but now there is a bit of lag ALL the time and in action like where u have to press arrow keys it lags and sometimes i dont see arows and 1 more thing the mouse sensitivity is way to hight and there is no option to change that pls help i like the feeling IM NOT PLAYING GAME you know what i mean... you all experience it and for that masterpiece to hapen u need NO LAG or SPIKES

    This season of games (both TWD and TWAU) have lagged for me at times on my 360. All that remains and TWAU ep2 have been the worst, though.

    Sometimes your graphic card can't handle it or your ram is low
