Because in the second file name it says carverJohnny_obj_rifleAK47.anm
Only the other guy is holding the AK47...
EDIT: Actually I'm 90% sure the other guy is called Johnny because the third file says ONLY Carver at the end and the fourth file says ONLY Johnny at the end.

Does that mean that they weren't in the house when he came?
I gave a look into the games files and I found Johnny's files! he appears in the "next time, on the walking dead".
So that guy in binoculars is Johnny and the other one is Carver!
