These are just my thoughts on what I think. Please no bashing lets be mature here thanks :).
1. One of the St. John's. Possibly Danny because he was left in the barn and had plenty of time to escape. He was also more skilled in shooting than Andy. More people chose to keep them alive according to the choices. Andy possibly got eaten by zombie Brenda so it cannot be him.
2. One of The Stranger's family members he told Clem about. His wife is dead but we don't know what happened to the kids
3. Lee's parents. Clem remembers Lee telling her his parents are dead. We also learn Lilly dragged a couple out the pharmacy. Who knows maybe that wasn't Lee's parents they dragged out. Could have been costumers
4. Clem's babysitter. Maybe the zombie in Clem's house wasn't her babysitter and just a random zombie
5. Clem's parents. Maybe those were not her real parents and just random zombies. It would be impossible to just find your lost parents in a Apocalypse as zombies.
6. Omid. Omid was shot in the same place as Carl from the show and survived
7. Krista because they probably took her as hostage. That's why the bandit on the river had Clem's backpack. Krista listened to Clem when she said they should find a group. Krista joined the bandits group
8. Kenny because Krista possibly told Clem he died
9. The bandit on the river
10. Tupac Shakur because he told everyone he'd be back in 2014 on his Makavali CD
11. Lee because TTG's seem to like tricking the fans lol. They want us to believe Lee's dead but he's not. Plus it looked like Clem missed shooting Lee and hit the wall. Plus episode 5 looks like zombie Lee. Kenny could have ran into the store Lee was in found him and saved him.
12. Someone they met during the 16 month time span possibally

    Have you played the game before?

    1) you can kill Danny OR spare his life (i think it will come to the same outcome for us)

    4) it was announced by blogs, telltale, and everyone that it was Clem's babysitter

    5) OMG really? Clementine clearly says "i saw my parents!" to Lee. i think this girl can recognize her parents

    6) there is no doctor and from the few seconds we saw Omid... he already looked pretty lifeless

    11) i think he was confirmed dead...

    the rest were ok except of course #10 and 13... lol this is no hate!

    yes they do seem to trick people but i don't think they will mess with our decisions (such as killing or sparing Danny) and make it their own. then they will make us feel like our decision didn't matter, but like i said, no hate! I know this is your opinion and everyone is entitled to their own

    2. How would she know what they look like
    3. They are probably dead and if they are not how would she know what they look like

Probably no. from the sound tapes that we head on the answering machine we can assume that At least Ed is dead because he was attacked "By some crazy guy" and that "He was not feeling well enough to drive home" its almost certain that he is dead. her mother might be alive but its unlikey as the 911 message was probably recorded in her dying moments after being bit (Presumably by Ed (The father))
    6. Carl received IMMEDENENT Medical attention. Unless they stumbled onto Omid and had a doctor with supplies with them he would be dead, also if i where christa i would have shot him to prevent reanimation (Mercy
    7. Possible, but the gunshot determines it. if it was fired by them, She is dead. however if it was fired by someone else (Like those bandit guys) she is alive
    8. Probably (to avoid kenny fans going OOOO YEAH GO KENNY thats all i will say, though i like kenny Loving kenny is to far)
    9. Probably. i dont see any other reason that telltale would incorparate the "Give him water scenario" if he wasnt going to appear later
