So if anyone wants to send a design somewhere you could use this to show what you want the D to look like.
I didn't ever order there. I just read the FAQ and saw that they only sell through Authorized Dealers and Distributors. There is a size chart … morethough which you can check. I assume you'll be able to choose one of the flexifit sizes for that model. If that doesn't cover your size, check if "system 5" or "adjustable" could work for you. Then I could quickly redo the design for that.
Then you can try to find a dealer to order it for you. I found another one using the same design system. You're supposed to send them the design code and they'll send you a quote.
Ideally you would try to find a local dealer which offers that service, so he can measure your head correctly.
Or you can get it custom made at any trustworthy place. Take some pictures of the original with you. The Font of the D is called "Brush Script", but there seem to be slight variations of it at the top left of the line sometimes. This user got pretty close a while ago, but picked the wrong D Font and a slightly brighter blue in my opinion (Royal instead of Navy). I can't tell which blue the actual one has, but it looks darker.

They looked fake though, I want an exact one, I'm gonna wait till next year to see if there out but if there not am gonna get a fake one, NOT THAT ONE. A different one, there's some one's on eBay, there better than them but there not exact, the back of it is seethrew, and I would rather have a seethrew one than that one with stripes. Plus, it's cheaper.

The hat itself is perfect color and also the artist weathers it and has a perfect blood pattern which makes it looks straight out of the game. Keep in mind its a handmade item so its gonna be the better quality one and also more expensive in total I paid $70 shipped for the hat. It was worth every penny. The large size does fit big heads like my self.

I would love one of those but I kinda wish they were more worn out, like the same way you buy worn out looking Jeans, it's still great though and I could probably make it look more worn out myself but I don't know I might screw up.

Sameeee but the hats I find of clems are either a trucker hat or has white stiches where there shouldn't be or its not the color uh I wish telltale made a Clem hat
