I really don't want to be a dick to you man,but raping a 15 year is forgivable and having morals?he was in denial .let say just we forgave Danny about happened and let bygones be bygones,and you choose him over Justin,he became your best friend until you meet the group.Now in 400 days if you kept Danny Russel will say that Danny was an Asshole and he was glad that Danny died before Shel and Becca arrived to the group,it means that Danny tried to rape Russel.But I don't think that he regret what he did to the girl.

And it was apparent that he did regret what he did. He denied that he did it, so obviously he didn't like the incident and regretted it deeply. Plus, Danny was going on about how Justin ruined people's lives. So he didn't like that, neither. And how can we forgive Lee for killing a man? that's practically the same - in fact that's worse.

From the dialogue between Eddie & Wyatt in the car it seems like they were worried Nate & his pals were going to mug them, but I don't think Nate & his group were actually in the process of doing that when Eddie shot Nate's friend. Wyatt asks Eddie about the incident, and Eddie says, "Why didn't they say anything? "Guy's taking a shit over there." That's all they had to say!" I think Eddie was just on eggshells around Nate & his peeps (who wouldn't be?), and he reacted suddenly.
I don't personally think that Clem would accept Nate's views at all, and Nate isn't SO batshit insane that he'd kill her. I think that it would actually be a really cool thing. It'd be a big experience for Nate. He'd be changed by this little girl. Either that, or kick her out in the middle of the road.
We know for sure that Nate is an armed robber and a cold-blooded murderer. He's quite obviously not a normal person, and probably sociopathic. Given the creepy vibe he gave off when talking about going back for the 'tail' in Russell's group, he might also be a bit rapey.
In short, Nate being Clementine's caretaker is not a situation I'd ever want to consider.
