Sunk Discussions?

Hi Telltale fans out there, I have a quick question about the forums.

What are sunk discussions and how does one get a sunk discussion title on their thread?

    Sunk discussion = new comments do not bump thread (it sinks through thread list).

    Mods apply this when a topic needs to die out, but doesn't need to be closed outright.

    I've always wondered about that but never bothered asking. That's actually a really good idea.
