It seems that if there's any conflict with people, Nick might be one of the first to go, because he'd be capable of fighting, but so far, he doesn't seem as good as Pete or Luke.

Alvin: easily expendible so probably dead. Of course, he's so expendible they might keep him around to mess with people. Still probably die eventually.
Carlos: definately dead, seems like it would be a major plot point.
Pete: dead. He's either already dead or will be unless Telltale is going to make choices really matter.
Luke: up in the air
Sarah: I'm going to guess dead (not putting any stock in that opinion though)

Rebecca: Probably dead, maybe even before giving birth, just to drive home there is no hope or future.

I posted just the same thing about a hour ago and nobody answered. Maybe because my text was too long? I kind off let myself go when I write about something I like :P
In my post I shared that I think Luke, Carlos, Rebecca, ALvin and pete would die. And that Nick adn Sarah will be alive. The fact that Nick was not dead when you saved Pete was a pretty good indication for me and Sarah may not die because we already the sroty of a parent dealing with his child's dead (Kenny and Katjia) and now we may see Sarah going through the same stuff as Clementine did
As much as I want Carlos to survive, he's most likely not going to. If he does, his character arc will simply be a re-hash of Kenny's if Sarah happens to die before him.
Considering how Clem only told Lee's story to Luke, it's pretty obvious he's going to be around for a while.
I have a nasty suspicion that none of them, bar Clem, will survive. Luke I could see dieing around ep 3-4 protecting Clem/the group. Carlos probably dies protecting/avenging his daughter.
Having said that, one or two characters as yet unmet might survive to the end. But if season one is anything to go by, I don't rate any ones chances too high to survive the whole 9 yards, again bar Clem.
Nice to be wrong though, Luke, Nick and Pete are all nice chaps.
Nick/Pete I think is going to be like S1 where they die early like Carly/Doug. Given the minimal screen time Arvin was given in Ep.1 I also think he is going to die early. Carlos I think is the dark horse of the group, being a bit of an arse at first might make people think he will die early, but I think he can go all the way to the end, with or without Sarah. Sarah, I honestly think WILL die, but I'm not sure when Ep.4 maybe? Rebecca is going to die midway through the season I believe, what with the baby and all.
Which leaves Luke, who will honestly probably survive either until the end of Ep.4 or later.
Didn't Pete get bit on the ankle? He's already dead, but I went with him anyway just to kill Nick. (Kinda disappointed when Nick ran into the woods instead of dying.)
I honestly want to break this group's cohesion and send them at each other's throats, leading to them disintegrated and ultimately killed, either by reavers or zombies. Seriously, FUCK almost all of these people- they're monsters, worse than the dead. I pretended to forgive Nick, but that's only because I plan on stabbing him in the back later (please, PLEASE, Telltale, give us a chance to do this if zombies haven't already eaten his face). And if Lilly and Kenny show up, I want to see them murder each other too.
But most of all, I want to be in charge of these deaths. I want Telltale to finally deliver on its promise of player-guided content and let my decisions get them all killed, not have them die by railroad plot.
Ideal ending: Sarah, Luke, and Clem in a storm cellar with guns galore, boxes of ramen and beef jerky, and a water purifier.
