By other survivors Clementine probably means the Motor Inn group, and the only two people we know that 'might' not be dead are Lilly or Kenny. Since she says 'It didn't work'' that means she thinks that EVERYONE from that group is dead since she says ''I THOUGHT you were dead.''

Season 2 uses your choices from season 1 right? So let's say you supported Kenny more than Lilly, Lilly would come back and we would learn how the choices that Lee made affected her and how she would treat Clementine.

    Yeah, but wouldn't it be messed up if Lilly treated Clemmy like crap because Lee pulled her away so that Kenny can kill Larry? Clemmy didn't really had nothing to do with it. In fact, she didn't like what Lee did.
