Site glitch or just me?

Is it just me or is the forums a bit glitched? This is exactly what I see...

Even when I'm creating this thread, everything is just like that. I'm surprised I was able to find my way to this point at all. Anyways, is anybody else having this problem right now? It's been like this for me for a few hours now, and I've reset my laptop and everything.

    Im not sure but for the last few days now everything has been super slow in the forum for some reason even when Im writting something sometimes it freezes there for a few seconds, It feels like they were making changes in the forum

    Never mind guys, it's fixed now. I don't know what the problem was though, every other site I visited was completely fine.
