Rebecca's Baby: Who Is the Father?
Okay, so hear me out on this one.
Rebecca's Baby is not Carver's. It's Alvin's.
I'm calling this right here and now and I'll tell you why this is the case:
When you talk to Rebecca at the top of the stairs, she says something along the line of 'He'll kill me if he finds out'. In addition, when you spy on her in the bathroom in EP 1, she says 'Please let it be his'. No names are ever stated directly as to who she may be referring to.. this 'Him'.
So I ask you: Does Alvin really strike you as the sort to kill anyone, even with news that the baby isn't his? I submit that he isn't. I mean, the guy may be able to but he just does not give the feeling of someone that'd go crazy at learning the bad news. He probably knows Rebecca slept with Carver, but he also knows she was pregnant before that ever happened. They fled Carver's compound because the moment that baby came out and Carver realized.. he'd go flipping crazy. It's a huge, compelling reason for Alvin and Rebecca to take the risk of fleeing someone like Carver.
Things are going to go down in episode three when Rebecca has her kid and Carver finds out. I can see a group splintering from their leader trying to kill a baby/shooting rebecca in the head. ♥♥♥♥'s gonna go down.

I kinda think Carver will kill Alvin when he finds out the baby isnt his but Alvins. (IF its not Carver's). But that's just my opinion

This actually sounds legit! Now that I think about it, it does make a lot of sense.
I think that's where the game wants to lead you. Most of the people I mentioned this to all believe that Carver is the babby daddy... But Carver being the father just doesn't give the right motive to flee in my thinking. If Rebecca honestly thinks Alvin is going to kill her if the babby is Carvers.. why stick with Alvin so closely? Once Carver captures everyone, why is she so cocksure that Carver will just up and kill Alvin? Surely going along with Carver at that point would be the best option if it is Carver's child. And really, on top of all that, Rebecca constantly using 'He' or 'Him' instead of an actual name is what really makes me wonder.
Eh, it's not as simple as that. The baby can be born looking white and get darker as it gets older. I know from personal experience. And as you said even if the child is dark skinned that doesn't automatically mean it can't be Carver's. So realistically, simply looking at the child's appearance should not be the final say on things. But I could see the characters treating it as such for the sake of story.
If it's Alvin's, I think Rebecca is pretty much dead when it's born.
Carver would flip. Imagine going through all that effort to chase them and it turns out the baby was Alvin's after all.
She said she been trying to have one with Alvin but it wasn't going anywhere. And then something happened with Carver.
I don't think Rebecca knows for sure whose baby it is either.
