I found a theory that Lilly can come back
Macon is just 65 miles away from Woodbury... Leave her behind and she runs in the forest and if she is out the forest she is 10 miles closer to Woodbury. She could have found people from Woodbury then and nobody saw what happened whit her after the comic.
But Robert Kirkman says she is not the same woman as the comic.
But there are crossovers with Lilly Game and Lilly Comic.
