I look like doug but with brown hair.

  • You look a little like TV show Glenn

    Me!

  • Whoah. Freaky seeing Clem's features on a grown man.

The nose and eye shape has some definite resemblance, but Clementine's eyes aren't as deep-set, her lips are shorter, her nose/lips are closer together, and her face is rounder in general.

Thanks. I don't know, I might just have BDD or something lol

Not that I feel some need to look great or anything, I would just be happy to be a somewhat average looking dude. I know its stupid for me to care so much. I'll try not to worry about it.

    Fine or fiiine ;)
    (Joking, obviously)

Well thanks for the vote of confidence. Like I said to Tinni, I might just have some issues that make me feel that way about myself. I probably shouldn't care either way. I'll stop worrying about it.

If only I had Clem's yellow eyes. Mine are like.. almost black.

  • It is a possibility that you have BDD, but I also think we all tend to hyper focus on our flaws, and then exaggerate them to a much larger degree. Which convinces us that those flaws are the first thing a person see's when they look at you, but the truth of the matter is they don't notice, even if you point it out. I would argue that nobody would notice until they study your face as intently as you do.

It is pretty hard not to see those flaws(for instance, I think I have an oddly shaped face, and uneven eyebrows, but nobody see's these flaws, even though I think they're pretty prominent.) But I think it would be good for you to try not to dwell too much on it, if you just shut down those negative thoughts with an immediate distraction, I think it would help.:)

Yeah, that's good advice. I understand that my views are a little silly here, which is honestly part of the frustration. It's like a never ending war in my mind that I can't win... and it'll cause me to lose myself every once in awhile. I'm honestly a little embarrassed that I even said anything here, because I should know better.

I mean, to be honest, I do have my excuses. I'm kind of in a somewhat similar situation to Hollay.. but I won't go into that I guess.

Hey, at least you had like a mountain of compliments when you posted your pictures, right ;)

Not that I want a bunch of guys telling me how great I look... lol

  • There's no need to beat yourself up about it, I don't think anyone is judging you. I understand what you mean about not being able to win in your mind( I debate with myself constantly over silly things, and can never seem to win, or I just can't seem to turn my mind off if that makes any sense haha) I just don't like seeing Senpai being hard on himself.D:

lol in my defense, I am a girl, and not to stereotype the forums, but I think the majority of it's inhabitants are guys.XD

    @Eddie_Maiden has a man crush me thinks~ ;)

Normally I'd keep it to myself. Just unintentional venting unfortunately :/ . I've been battling a pretty hard onslaught of anger/frustration/stress for a number of reasons. I have been legitimately angry/stressed for like three days in a row now.. to the point that I feel sick. Even before that, I felt it building. I just need to find a way to let it out. Like, if I had a punching bag right now, I would be in absolute heaven.

1:30 into the video and I can tell its Monty Python... lol. Thanks. What is the actual name of the movie?

Wait? Life of Brian? They just said Brian.. so I'm guessing so.

Oh, there's the title screen. Life of Brian.

    Enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcDDEVao46E

  • Yup, "Life of Brian." That was the only actual full version I could find on Youtube. Since last time I looked there has been a surge of bullshit uploads that just try to get you to go to a different website.

  • I get pissed off a lot over small things lately too, I've recently taken up kick boxing which helps a lot actually. My brother also boxes which has helped him manage his anger too. Maybe you could take up an activity similar.

Definitely something I would be interested in doing if I made time for it. Between school, work, working out and whatever I don't know where I would fit that in though. Maybe if I could find a weekend thing? Do you personally do it often?
