Purchase episode 3 on xbox360? why does it say that weird

i wonder why is it out for xbox and doesn't have any achievements

    Am on my xbox 360 it says purchase but its not letting me I guess it done testing but I guess they haven't release the achievements yet

    Oh yeah, I own the season pass and it said download. It brings you to the confirmation thing but doesn't actually let you do it.

    Xbox has been doing this since the first episode of season 2 and also for twau you will not be able to download it until the actual release date i don't know why they do it this way but it is really annoying.

    The last couple (TWD & TWAU) have all appeared on Xbox Live a few days before release in the same way. I guess it's just prepared for a wednesday launch.

    This happened with A House Divided as well. The day before it actually released on Xbox, the purchase option was there, but when it came up, "Confirm Purchase" wasn't available. I'm willing to bet it'll release the 13th, if it's already technically there on Xbox, and it was like that for A House Divided one day early.
