Okay so I noticed a thing sorry if another person already did it but here, open the 2 images and see it:

Just, They are the same... Idk what to think... they have almost the same face...

    They sound different. I think they reused some stuff in their faces too which is why they look simaler

    It's probably a reused model. Telltale does it all the time.

    I was about to be that person that's like "THAT'S RACIST" but you do have a point... I mean, it's possible that's him but at the same time... Reggie talked about how Mike took off his arm which was soon after when the group left the camp, which they've been gone for over a week (due to the time skip) so I doubt that it's him, but good find either way :P

    They usually don't reuse character models that have dialogue attached to them.

    How about Anna Correa and Christa? He only appeared for a few seconds, they probably didn't expect people to remember his face.

    Christa and Anna Correa just have the same hair and body type, besides that they don't look alike. I mean, the only time i've seen a reused model is in S2E1 when you see all of the bodies by the river... the one that is propped up by a log is definitely the same corpse that you see in S1E5 that committed suicide with his possible wife. From what i've seen, they've only reused models for corpses of people and such, although they do reuse a lot of objects like the banang can or some tools and such.

    Actually, Christa and Anna Correa share the exact same 3D model, only the textures are different. The same goes for Doug and that cop with Shawn in the beginning of 101. I guess they didn't bother changing this guy's texture much since he was only seen very briefly. But who knows I might be wrong.

    Well yeah, it's the same except for the texture. But they wouldn't do the same texture which is sort of what it looks like in this one...

    It'd be a great plot-twist if Mike talks to Clementine and reveals that he was part of the bandit group that attacked her and Christa. That'd be a great way to find a bit more about Christa.

    If you ask Mike/Ralph then he explains he was distorted and had no idea what happened to her. HOWEVER depending on whether you distracted the scavengers or left her depends on how Mike sees you and he could warn the group or even Kenny about what you did.
