I'm kind of disappointed. I really hoped that decisions you made back in season 1 will have consequences in season 2, but as for now I don't see any possible reference to choices we made.

    The decisions DON'T matter, they are included only for an illusion of choice.

    1. No matter who you save in S1E1, they end up dead in Ep. 3.

    2. No matter if you cut Lee's hand off or not, he'll die either way (confirmed by developers).

    3. No matter what you do, Pete dies, there's no way to save him.

    4. No matter what you do, Kenny survives the Season 1 (not much of a con to me).

    And, yeah, the choices don't have a lot of consequences, too, for example: if you said "Shit" in the barn, Clementine will say it in S1E2, and S2E1. So far, there hasn't been much "consequences" of your choices, they only make some dialogue choices/options different, and that's it.
