Is it just me or did this season's hate start after Episode 3?
I saw mostly praise and good things on this forum when episodes one and two were released. I had my faults sure but that's normal. But now episode three releases and it seems like everyone hates season 2 or think that there's too much wrong with it. I wish there was more to episode 3 sure but I still thought it was a damn good episode. It led to some interesting events and it's hard to say where episode 4 and 5 will lead. I don't know. It's just my thoughts. Season 2 could never really surpass Season 1 on quality because of how amazing it was.

Hmm, no, not really. There were individuals who hated the whole idea of Season 2 before it was released, and there were people who criticized the hell out of the Episode 1 (like a user nicknamed @dlux_, he liked Episode 2, though, but I haven't heard from him since).
There are always the people who nitpick, who criticize every little bit they don't like. Episode 3 is fine, there could've been more, some stuff could've been handled better, but I personally liked it, and so did the majority of the fans.
Nah, there have always been these kinds of discussions surrounding the "badness" of the episodes. I'm enjoying them so far, but I can understand how people have really high expectations seeing as how highly acclaimed season 1 is. People will always find things to speak down on an episode
i can tell you where its going, in episode 4 we will be walking our distance towards wellington, encounters few hiccups, kill some walkers, rebecca baby and few sweet moments with luke. Also will go on errand with jane, episode done.
You forgot about finding Sarah again and deciding to either leave her behind or save her...and you also forgot about the consequences of Saritas bite and some sweet Kenny pirate moments. Episode done.
imo sarita is dead no matter what, you cut off her arm she passes out in middle of 684936 walkers or u dont cut arm the other way, and kenny's moment was not sweet... clem looked terrified by it. While they would be tracking sarah first dont think they are gonna find her untill episode 5
No, I've been critical of it since the beginning, for all the good it's done.
People just angry because unlike season 1 what you say and do does effect the story and how people treat you. In this season what you say or do changes little to nothing. All you get is a line based off what you said and then its as if you never said anything. So far there hasn't been no consequences for any of your decisions. In season 1 up to episode 3 you've had many consequences to your actions.
The thing is, when Episode 1 came out, we gave the benefit of the doubt. It was just the beginning. And it was still a good episode! Then Episode 2 came out, which most of us all agreed was one of the greatest Telltale episodes. That gave us high hopes for Episode 3, so our expectations were raised too high. After a while, we also noticed how static and similar all of our Episode 3's were. As in, they had little to no variety. We saw short and abrupt Episodes with The Wolf Among Us too. Although I like Episode 4 a lot. Either way, we let the cynicism get to the best of us, and we don't see a relatively good future anymore because of it.
"and few sweet moments with luke"
wait... what does that exactly mean?
I don't recall many people in this forum praising the first two episodes. I'm loving this season and I liked episode 3 (although I did have complaints), but I don't think that's a very popular sentiment here.
