it means the episodes are being tested by the testers, that's why theres a small percentage completed for achievements on episodes that aren't out yet.
so what do you think are we gonna episode soon or not?
probably not within the near future, i'm guessing wolf among us episode 5 will come out first (which i'm fine with) the testers testing the game doesn't really tell us anything we will have to wait till something like the steamdb updates or the achievements actually leak on steam.
