Like Walkingcommenter said, the game never… more really went to into detail about the characters and their...private business. You never had to see or talk about Lee taking a shit. Does Lee take shits? Yes. But it's not really worth the games time to talk about it. Unless, TellTale wanted to make a really awkward shitting QTE.
Same here. Is Clementine going to have periods? Yes. But does the game need to go that much detail? I guess I can understand if they want to show that Clementine is maturing, but I would assume that would cause some controversy from those asshats at Fox News or some crap. So did they ever explain why people can die from natural causes then turn into a zombie, I guess that concept never really made sense to me because if they were already "infected." why aren't they zombies already? Then again when you bring realistic circumstances in a Zombie Apocalypse story, it just seems silly.

The average age for getting it is 10 years old, and lots of girls these days get it as young as 8 (also Clem LOOKS like she's already entered puberty, and menstruation is basically the first thing to come in puberty). She probably got it when she was with Christa, which means Christa has already explained it all to her. I wouldn't be surprised if Christa also had the sex talk with Clem. I mean, Christa is the tough sort who wouldn't would flinch at the idea of giving the talk, and she seemed to understand that age doesn't matter anymore in the ZA. She may have blamed Clem for Omid's death but she still wanted Clem to be able to survive on her own, with that whole "you should be doing this yourself" fire talk. That's one of the reasons I thought it was convenient for Telltale to skip over those two years Clem spent with Christa, so it wouldn't surprise us at all if Clem already knew all that grown up stuff.

I was actually thinking about this while watching the TV show. It'd be trouble to deal with. I don't think smell would be a problem though, … morebecause it's half blood and the rest is internal tissues and such. If the smell of blood and internal tissues really caused zombies to go nuts, then they'd all be devouring each other. In fact, it might actually provide a good sort of smell camouflage!
It'd be interesting to see if they decided to deal with it. Going through puberty is something that everyone does, so the comparison to speculation over characters maybe having hemorrhoids doesn't really hold up. And it's a lot more significant to their life than taking a shit, so that comparison doesn't hold up either.

Usually drinking hormone filled milk (which is basically every kind of milk) in the real world will boost up everything making you have your period at an earlier age than normal, which the norm should be roughly 13-14 for a typical female without anything that may be changing the typical cycle. With that being said, unless Clem has a secret dairy farm, it'll probably be another two years maybe. I say that mostly because she's definitely not showing any signs at the moment. She'll get there eventually. If it does happen I kind of would like to jump into the game for a moment, give her advice, then jump back into the real world.
