So I'm now playing Season 2 for the first time...
It's a big change from playing Lee, I've got to tell you that. I thought I'd share my thoughts with my fellow Telltale fans while I'm playing through the game. Here's my review of the first chapter.

My general thoughts on the game is this is really-really cruel to poor Clementine. However, what happened during the opening was probably necessary to get the adventure rolling. It does really make me hate a certain character even if I understand their reasons for becoming so cold to Clementine. I also get that we're supposed to be more suspicious and distrustful of the Cabin survivors than we are of the original group but I really hope they get nicer in future installments or my interest will be less.

Thangs will happen good luck. I think you will really enjoy episode 2 if you are looking for brighter moments... but in TWD they never last.
Season 2 fills you with hope decisions, in my opinion, are more difficult this time.
Stuff and Thangs*
After season 2 ends I wanna see a season 1 vs season 2 posts. Which was better and why
Currently, the majority seems to be in Season 1's favour but I think telltale can pull off surprises that can make the majority sway to Season 2.
They will. Too suddenly in some cases, IMO, but that is for you to judge.
I'll definitely do that!
One of the characters in the cabin group actually becomes one of my favorite characters in the entire series in episode 2, I won't spoil who though.
It gets interesting later on in the game.
I just finished reviewing the second episode.

And OMG! I was so happy to see X character! It really was a good choice to bring one back, specifically them.
Got my Harm's Way review up just in time for Episode 4.

Nice reviews and great insights about the cabin group. I look forward to your thoughts of Episode 4!
Thanks. I think they're an interesting bunch of people, it's just I didn't bond with them quite the same way as I did the original series group.
The original series had as many characters I loved as Alpha Protocol and that's damn near unprecedented.
Well, I got spoiled for the events of Amid the Ruins and was so irritated by it, I didn't play the game for three months.
I'm over it now and have posted my review of the 4th episode of Season 2.

Yes, yes someone DID say that.
:-)
Anyway, my opinion on the season as I'm finishing the finale up? I think that Season 2 isn't as good as Season 1 but it comes close and is really-really good. Sadly, I think they wanted to top themselves in terms of darkness and grittiness so it just got wearying toward the end. I think the death of Sarah was really the turning point for me as, until then, I was willing to go with the flow but "Amid the Ruins" and its sequel were so damned bleak I kind of got sick of the whole thing.
I really think they should have left a good portion of the main group alive at the end.
