So in the trailer if you look closely you see the term "Fallen, But Never Forsaken" written on a statue with one man carying another on his back, this shows shortly after Jane tells Clem to leave the group and that she should leave then behind when they fall apart, I think what Jane says and what is written on this statue are almost exactly oposite, Jane tells Clem to forsake her group for her own sake, while the statue says that no matter how broken or bruised your people are, never forsake them

Definitely they're polar opposites, just like you said. If there's going to be a choice later that has us abandoning the group (if there is one, I'm guessing it'd be in episode 5), they'd have to really really milk it. I doubt many would abandon the group, even if what Jane is saying is true. Things with the group would have to go super bad, like Kenny finally snaps somehow, Luke might become more divisive (what "sides" are he talking about in the trailer anyway?), and I'm sure after the baby is born, the crying attracting walkers and preventing people from sleeping won't help either. Even with these things though, I doubt players would abandon the group. Some other shiz would have to go down....

Also, is it just me, or does that statue look just like Nick? The hat and face make it look just like him...I hope that's foreshadowing for those with alive Nicks...( # SaveNick # weloveyounick! )
I think the scenario could be someone being downed during an escape from the horde or something. There would be a choice to go and help them or leave them to their fate, with either choice dramatically altering the story. The person will probably be in an incredibly poor situation, maybe near-fatally wounded or they might be stuck and need help to escape - trapped under fallen masonry or something
You know... now that I think about it, I think that might match up with the "history lesson" achievement. They're visiting a civil war museum, and Clem will obviously have to make the choice between sticking with her group or leaving them for her survival, but maybe since they're at the museum she'll learn about how in the past with hardships such as war, people never abandoned their comrades and always looked out for them, so I don't think she'll abandon the group. She could also be reminded of Lee by this, since he was a history professor, and will probably wonder what Lee would do. Ahhh, that would make me sad. But I do think it is foreshadowing something, I think it'll most likely have to do with Sarah since I really feel like we'll have to make a choice between brining her with us or leaving her behind.
Few people will probably leave the group, I'm assuming most want clem to keep some humanity, especially after getting to know these people well.
I love this minor details telltale adds to the game, it makes is so special.

I like the way Telltale adds it in with the statue. It is also a good example of Luke in that episode where he said he would go make the place safer for the group but ends up thinking about himself and not the group so that is also a good "do i forgive Luke or not for what he did".
Some people said it was stupid telltale making Luke nice, then all of a sudden selfish, but in a way, it was a good move for the history lesson and seeing if a favourite character of people can be turned against them for doing something selfish/negative and seeing how peoples forgiveness is.
