Hello, I'm that one guy who made IOTWD (Island of the Walking Dead) and TOE (Tales of Europe), I decided to put TOE on the stall for a while and write this story, it'll star the cabin group plus other characters either made by myself or submitted by other people. The protagonist will be Derek who is an original character. The character submit is currently private, it will be public after Episode 2 is done.

Chapter 1: Through the woods.
It was meeting time, Luke, Carlos, Pete, Alice, Nick, Sarah, Alvin, Rebecca, Reggie, Bonnie, Leroy and you, we’re ready, it was time for the escape.
“Okay, you all know what to do, right?” Luke asked.
“What’s there to debate? We get some guns and shot ourselves out.” Alvin answered.
“Good, good.” Luke smiled.
“HEY! What are you doing?” George walked towards the group.
“Shit.” Alvin quickly turned around. “Hey George!”
“What the fuck are you doing?” George asked.
“George, you know that we want escape.” Carlos said.
“This is the time, I’ll go with you.” George smiled.
“Great.” Alvin said.
“Derek, open the shutter.” Carlos said.
“On it.” You said as you pulled up the shutter.
“Fuck… There’s a lot.” Nick said.
“Darlin’, we’ll make it.” Alice said.
“I don’t know.” Nick said.
“You’re my son, Nick, my family ain’t dying.” Alice said.
“I guess so.” Nick said.
“Okay, you all ready? Start shooting in three, two, one, SHOOT!” Luke shouted.
Everybody with a gun started shooting walkers as you ran away from Howe’s hardware, you were almost out of the horde as Carver and his goons started shooting.
“Bec!” Alvin shouted.
“Fuck!” Luke said.
“Keep going!” Pete shouted.
“Where the fuck is Leroy?” Nick shouted.
“I’m over here!” Leroy shouted.
Guns started firing from the camp, it was Carver and his people. Chaos started and everyone got separated.
“Hello?!? Anyone?!?” You shouted into the empty forest.
“Rebecca?!?” You heard Alvin’s voice, you looked to your side, you saw Luke, Nick and Rebecca running away.
You started walking towards his voice, as you ran towards him you saw Carlos, Sarah and Leroy running away.
“Alvin?!?” You shouted.
“Derek?!?” He shouted back.
You saw Bonnie, Leroy and Reggie running away.
“Alvin, where are you?” You shouted.
“Over here!” He shouted back.
You saw George, Pete and Alice running away.
“Help!” You heard Alvin shout, you quickly ran over to him, you saw one of Carver’s goons aiming his gun at Alvin.
“Alvin! You’re coming with--!” The goon shouted as you shot him in head.
“Thanks, Derek.” Alvin said as he walked over to you.
“We’ve got to find a way outta here!” You said.
“Yeah, we just run, gotta get to the meeting place.” He said.
“Where was that again?” You asked.
“Parker’s run, it’s a civil war museum.” He smiled.
“Oh yeah, I forgot.” You smiled awkwardly.
“Okay, well, first things first, we’ve got to find my wife and your brother.” He started running in the direction of Rebecca’s group.
“Wait for me!” You shouted as you ran after him.
It’d been one hour of walking, you hadn’t found anyone yet.
“We’re fucking lost, aren’t we?” You asked.
“UP WITH YOUR HANDS!” Someone shouted from behind the trees.
“We ain’t here to hurt nobody.” Alvin said.
“Alvin?” Rebecca walked out from behind the trees.
“What the hell are you doing?” Someone asked her.
“Come on Luke, it’s just Alvin and Derek.” She said.
“Fine.” Luke said and walked out too.
“I saw Nick with you guys, where is he?” You asked.
“He saw Pete in need of help, so he ran after him.” Luke answered.
“You wanna keep going?” Alvin asked.
“Yeah, let’s get up there, most of the others should be there already.” Rebecca said.
The four of you kept on walking, until’ you met a man walking on the road.
“Who are you?” Luke asked.
“Hey, hey, hey, I’m not going to kill you, just put the gun down.” He said.
You lowered your gun, so did Luke and Alvin.
“Okay, thanks, name’s Mike, you?” He said.
“I’m Luke, that’s Derek, Alvin and Rebecca.” Luke said.
“You people have a bigger group?” Mike asked.
“Yeah, most of our people are going to Parker’s run.” Alvin said.
“Can I go with you?” Mike asked.
“Yeah… Sure.” Luke said.
“Thanks.” Mike said.
“Don’t get too comfy.” Rebecca said.
“I won’t.” Mike said.
“Are we far?” You asked.
“No, we’re close.” Luke said.
“JESUS!!! HELP ME!!!” You heard someone scream.
“UNCLE PETE!!!” Someone screamed.
You, Luke and Mike quickly ran over to the screams.
It was Nick and Pete, both fighting walkers, Luke quickly ran towards Nick but he fell.

Chapter 2: Beyond the hell.
(!) You saved Pete.
You quickly readied your gun and aimed it at the walkers attacking Pete. BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! You cleared a path from him, you took a glance over at Nick, Mike had rushed over there to rescue Nick.
(?) Pete will remember that.
Nick ran over to you, “Thanks for saving Pete.”
You smiled, “It’s no problem.”
“Did any of you get bit?” Luke asked.
“No.” Pete said.
“Not any bites here.” Nick said.
“Nope.” Mike said.
“Good, this is Parker’s run, right?” Luke asked.
Carlos walked up, “Yes it is.”
Sarah walked up, “Are… Are we safe now?”
“Yeah, we are.” Luke answered.
“We should camp here for a while, wait for the others.” Nick said.
Two days later.
Everyone had arrived at the meeting place., Bonnie, Leroy, Reggie, George and Alice.

Gunshots were heard in the distance.
“Is that Carver and his people?” Reggie asked.
“We’re so fucked.” Nick said.
“It’ll be alright, son.” Alice said.
“Get your guns ready.” Bonnie said.
“Carver?” Mike asked.
“The leader of the place we escaped from.” Luke answered.
“Hide.” Carlos said as he drew his gun.
You drew your gun, you ran towards the souvenir shop along with Nick, Alice, Luke, Pete, Rebecca, Sarah and Bonnie. Leroy, Carlos, George and Alvin had run towards the museum.
“Everyone ready your guns.” You said.
Everyone drew their guns.

Gunfire had started, it was near the museum.
“DAD!!!” Sarah screamed.
“Alvin!” Rebecca shouted.
“Leroy…” You mumbled.
“George.” Bonnie said.
The gunfire came closer, you took a peek, you saw Carver and his people, they were looking around, shooting everything they could.
“Rebecca! I know you’re here!” Carver shouted.
“What do we do?” Bonnie asked.
“We need to figure out a plan.” Mike said.
“We split up in groups, then we try to escape.” Luke said.
“Rebecca! Stop playing games!” Carver shouted.
“Derek, you’re good at making groups, you make them.” Nick said.

Episode 1: We Shall Travel.
Chapter 3: The Long Run.
“I’ll go with… Mike, Bonnie and Luke.” You said.
“What about the rest of us?” Pete asked.
“Nick, Reggie and Alice.” You said.
“I’ll go with Sarah and Rebecca then.” Pete smiled.
“We’ll take the most dangerous route.” You said.
“I need the easiest route.” Rebecca said.
“We’re taking a middle route then.” Alice said.
You, Mike, Bonnie and Luke snuck down the stairs, you had to take a very dangerous route, you had to sneak behind Carver and his people.
“Okay, three, two, one, GO!” You said, you all quickly snuck behind Carver’s people, they didn’t notice you, you started to sneak towards the forest. You looked at the others, “Over there!” One of Carver’s goons shouted, Carver walked towards the thing they found, “Reggie, Reggie, Reggie.” Carver grinned.
BANG!
Reggie fell to the ground.
You stayed quiet, you didn’t want them to shoot you too, you looked deep into the forest, walkers were attacking Pete, Rebecca and Sarah, which triggered Sarah to panic and run alone into the woods, but Pete managed to fight off the walkers, you quickly ran up to them and regrouped, Nick and Alice ran up too.
“Where’s Sarah?” Nick asked.
“She ran off.” Pete answered.
“What happened to Reggie?” Rebecca asked.
“Carver got him.” Alice answered.
“Looks like our group did the better job.” Bonnie said.
“There should be a sky lodge not far from here.” Luke took a map from his pocket, “I have two maps, we split up, one group head towards the sky lodge, the other will find Sarah and then head towards the lodge, alright?”
“We need groups again.” Mike said.
“Derek, you’re close to Sarah so you go after her, you pick three people to go with you.” Rebecca said.

He aimed the revolver right at you head, “Who the fuck are you?”

You glared at Luke, “Yes, he saved Nick’s life, didn’t he?”
Nick looked at Pete, then you, “If Pete is going I’m going too.”
“Well that’s fine by me.” You smiled.
“Take this map.” Luke handed you a map.
“Thanks.” You smiled.
You started walking through the woods, Mike and Bonnie were talking, Pete and Nick walked over to you.
“I don’t trust Mike.” Nick said.
“He saved your goddamn life.” Pete defended Mike.
“He’s just trying to act good, he’s going to betray us! I fucking now it!” Nick shouted.
“Chill the fuck out.” You mumbled.
“Boy, one day you have to realize that no one gives a damn whether you like something or not.” Pete shouted.
“Don’t come beggin’ me for forgiveness when that guy betrays you.” Nick argued.
“He won’t, otherwise he would’ve let you die!” Pete kept defending Mike.
“Derek, what’s your opinion on this?” Nick asked.
“I would like to know too.” Pete asked.

Chapter 5: The Rash Action.

“I agree with Pete, Mike saved your life Nick, you could’ve been dead.” You said.

Nick looked at Mike, “I should go talk to him, know him a little better.”
Nick walked over to Mike and Bonnie, it seemed like they got into a conversation quickly.
“I didn’t think you’d trust Alice and Rebecca with Luke.” Pete said.
“Why not?” You asked.
Pete looked at Nick, “You let Nick go with us, you shouldn’t have, he’s gotta stop being so protective of me, he thinks that I’m everything he has left, he still has a mother y’know, and she loves him more than her life, he just doesn’t realize.”
You looked at Nick too, “He might think that she doesn’t need to be protected.”
“Then I don’t either.” Pete said.”
“Shit, we have to stop.” Mike said.
“What for?” Pete asked.
“Bunch of walkers.” Nick said.
“We take ‘em.” Bonnie said.
You readied your guns, aimed them at the walkers, and started firing.

You ran outta ammo, you heard a sound in the bushes, you turned around, it was one of Carver’s goons, he aimed his gun at Mike, Nick quickly turned around and saw what was going on, he quickly fired and hit the guy in the neck.
“Woah, what the fuck?” Mike asked.
“H-he, he pointed a-a gun at yo-you.” Nick stuttered.
“Huh?” Mike questioned Nick.
“One of Carver’s goons pointed a gun at you, Nick saved your life.” You defended Nick.
(?) Mike and Nick will remember that.
You walked over to the dead walkers, “Let’s go, there’s a trailer park right over here, we can stay there for the night.”
The group followed you, you arrived at the trailer park, searching for an open one.
“Come on! We have to go!”
“We can’t just leave her behind! She’s just a girl!”
“We’re not leaving!”
You heard voices in the distance.
You looked at your group, “Stay quiet, we’re going to examine these people.”
You snuck behind some trailers, following the voices.
“You have to get up! We won’t leave you here!”
“Come on! You’re not making progress! We have to leave her!”
“Damnit, I’m going up too, you get her up and we’ll leave.”
You got closer to the trailer, you saw a person crawling up through a skylight.
“Ready your guns.” You whispered to your group.
Everybody drew their guns, you all walked into the open and looked at the people.
“Hello!?!” Bonnie asked.
The people on top of the trailer quickly turned around.

Chapter 6: A Hopeful Community.
BANG!
“Ouch!” Pete groaned in pain.
“Uncle Pete!” Nick shouted.
“Oh shit… You’re not walkers?!?” The girl on the roof apologized.
“We’re not.” Bonnie said.
“Damnit we’re sorry.” The guy standing on the roof said.
“Anybody else with you?” Mike asked.
“One of our friends are down there, we have a little settlement where we live in some of the trailer parks, we built a fence and everything.” The guy answered.
“Can we come inside?” You asked.
“Sure, go ahead, you guys knew a girl? Hispanic? Glasses? Black hair?” The girl said.
“Sarah!” You all walked over to the door.
“Nick, stay with Pete.” You said.
“What? No, he can handle himself.” Nick said.
“Stay.” Pete said.
Nick sighed, “Alright.”
You walked inside and looked at Sarah, a girl in a pink jumper, jeans and some converse talked to Sarah, “Woah, don’t hurt me!” She had chestnut brown hair and green eyes, “I’m Megan, you know this girl?”
“She was with us, she ran off some days ago.” You answered.
“Can you get her up?” Megan asked.
“I’ll try.” You walked over to Sarah, “Hey?”
“Da-Dad?!?” Sarah asked.
“It’s me, Derek, I’ve known you since you were very little, I used to babysit you.” You smiled at her.
“Derek… Dad… Da-Dad! Whe-where is Dad?!?” Sarah started panicking.
“He’s out there, somewhere.” You smiled at her.
“H-he’s dead!?!” Sarah started crying.
Walkers started banging on the door, you looked at Mike, Bonnie and Megan, “Get up, I have to get her moving.”
Mike, Bonnie and Megan walked over to the skylight, they jumped up and the two people up top pulled them up.
“J-just leave me…” Sarah cried.
“We shouldn’t leave you just because Carlos isn’t here, I was with my family in the start of all of this, my mother, Lisa, got bitten, my dad had to put her down, my brother and I stayed with him for a while, but we got split up, I haven’t seen them since.” You said.
(?) Sarah will remember that.
Sarah looked up, “R-really?”
“Yeah.” You smiled.
“Still just leave me here.” Sarah cried.
“Sarah, this world is harsh, we all know that by now, but you can't end it yet, you don't know if your dad is dead! He might be alive for all we know! Come with us, we'll find a safe place, we can stay there, maybe meet Carlos on the way.” You shouted.

“Dad…” Sarah slowly got up.
The door burst open, “Run!”
Sarah ran over to the skylight and jumped up.
You took a quick swing punching a walker in the face, you turned around and jumped up, before they could pull you up a walker grabbed your leg, you shoved it away.
“Derek!” Sarah shouted.
“Shit!” Mike shouted.
“No!” Bonnie shouted.
“Oof!” Pete groaned as he stabbed a walker with his spear.
“Pete?” You asked.
“Get up.”
You got up and jumped up, Mike and the guy grabbed you, they pulled you up to safety, you looked down, Nick and Pete were fighting off walkers.
“Over here.” Megan jumped onto another trailer.
You all jumped after her, Nick and Pete were running on the ground, following you.
After a few minutes you arrived at four trailers surrounded by a fence, the guy jumped down and opened the gate for Nick and Pete, “Get in!”
You jumped down.
A girl came running out of a trailer, “Who are these people?”
“I’m Derek, my folks are Nick, Pete, Mike, Bonnie and Sarah.” You smiled at her.
Megan nodded at you, “We’re the trailer park group, that’s what we call you, I’m Megan, the guy is Zaphaeus, we’re a lot of girls here, the other girl with me was Marissa, the girl there is Jessica, inside we have Groot and Emily, we’re happy to have some new folks.”
A man walked out of a trailer, “I am Groot.”
“He doesn’t talk much, we think he might have some sort of mental disability, but he’s saved our lives.” Marissa smiled.
“Any folks you’ve lost?” Zaphaeus asked.
“I am Groot.”
