It's weird because when she was in the trailer park, she wasn't in her senses. But later, you could tell she wanted to stay alive because sh… moree was literally screaming for help. I realise she wasn't the most popular character ever but she was innocent and her death was just cold.
She did cease to function. I think it's a bit because of him. He should've gradually adapted her and, you know, shown her how to take care of herself and all that. She may not be like Clementine - strong, independent girl - but she would've survived more episodes.
Exactly, I liked this episode for the most part, but this part really makes me mad. You're right, Carlos would be really mad. It's pretty sad that after he died the group just let his daughter to die a painful death.
Telltale seems to have fallen into the trap Kirkman has fallen into. Shocking deaths for no reason at all except to be shocking. Sarah not even surviving to the next episode like most determinants is just further salt in the wound. Nick's death was also a massive disappointment. Even something as simple as Sarah trying to help and getting killed in the shootout during the next episode would have been better then the terrible excuse we get if we saved her the first time.
As for Nick he could have just been killed off in episode 3 if they are just going to kill him off off-screen in episode 4 and give him no lines at all.
I WAS SO POed when Sarah died ;-;, but to be fair.... the majority of people now hate that TTG killed off Sarah, while not too long ago, a majority wanted her dead...
When my stupid friend Ben fell from the building he was impaled and there were a lot of geeks, but Ken and Lee still tried to save him having just one bullet. When little Sarah fell she was just trapped by some boards and they had weapons and man power but NOPE, TTG had to get rid of the character so screw logic.
She died to progress the plot, shock factor at her sudden death (second one) and because she wasn't needed anymore, unfortunately. It's like Chuck, he was a hobo badass, but they still killed him off screen as he'd already played his part, giving advice to Lee.
At least Chuck's death did something. He died saving Clem and when he was dying people talked about it. You even have the option to talk about how you should look for him.

Yep, and i scolded jane when she couldn't save Sarah. She never realized Sarah did want to live.
The thing is, it's not like Sarah was one of the main group members. They probably could have slightly modified them to allow her.
He knew it, though.

Sarah wasn't even a determinant until Episode 4 though.
She wanted to die so badly, so I made her wish come true
Go down with them huh?
They tried to get a cheap feel outta us.

everytime i read "blabla will remember that", i chuckle and think: so what? doesn't change anything anyway. so much for decisions that matter..
Telltale game thank you for making my decisions feel pointless.
(Shawn will remember that)- this is useless because Shawn will die in a matter of minutes.

True, but that was to trick you. They would remember if they were still alive. People that lived actually did remember stuff.
