Nate would cause lots of drama, but everyone loves him for it though. We took Lilly's gun away from her too, just in case she gets the inkling to shoot Carley in the face. That is #1 rule in our group, no shooting other members in the face.
Lee, Lilly, Doug, Christa, Omid and either Nate or Jane. The fact I consider Nate surprises me. Even though he's some psychotic junkie who has done some downright evil things, I think he'd be loyal to the group and not afraid to do the dirty side of things.
Omid: I love his personality, and we both love history.
Sarita: She's sweet and spicy at the same time, if you know what I mean :P, and she acts like a surrogate mother to Clem
Nick: I'm very close in appearance and, in some ways, close in personality to Nick. It'd always be nice to have someone with similar views and history to talk to.
Bonnie: She knows how to shoot an AK-47, she knows her drugs (which can be both good and bad ) and she's got dat ginger thang going for her.
Lee, Clementine, Kenny, Carley, Doug, and Mark. Lee and Clementine are a team since they are the most important characters, Kenny is basically Lee's best friend, Carley has her own dead-eye shots, Doug could build some sentry guns with his technical skills (why didn't anyone think of that?), and Mark could do some hunting.

Clem (Smaller spaces are easily accessible for her, "She's just a kid" argument if the group is ever captured/threatened by rivals)
Pete (Father-like, wise/smart, knows hot to fish/hunt, could possibly help with medical issues)
Almost went with Carlos instead of Pete for medical reasons, the problem I kept running into with Carlos is I can't see him being able to survive/go on if Sarah was dead or not in the group. Thoughts?
