Could the raccoon family be foreshadowing?

True, but there are four pieces on the board. I think Clem is the fallen piece, Kenny and the baby are two pieces, and Luke is the loner. You'd think if they were referring to the Pete/Nick decision there would be only three pieces. Why bother adding in a fourth?

Edit: Oh sorry, totally misread your comment. Yeah, that could be true too.

Since the game board was in Episode 1, I think it was representing how Clementine(single piece) was going to chose between Nick/Pete(two pieces) and that among them, Pete(fallen piece) would die.

  • very interesting. I can definitely see this all coming together for the last episode.

One thing's for sure though, if the choice is Luke or Kenny, it's Team Luke all the way! :D (Though I am hoping it'll be something different that none of us are expecting... and I would like to see Christa again!)

Edit: It's alright. I think in the end, only Telltale understands the symbolisms more than us users do.

  • No no you said it wrong! It's, "Only time will tell the tale."

I completely agree with you. I'm pretty sure Telltale didn't just throw a raccoon like that for nothing. And I hope you're right but only time will tell us!

2 Baby raccoons though.. One could signify as Clem but what about the other?

Edit: It could be the baby, just realized. haha

The mother raccoon should be Christa, she escaped from the bandits in the first episode like the mother raccoon did from Mike, Bonnie and Clem

  • I'm on team Luke too, but I'm worried to death about Kenny T_T I hope there's an option to find him a boat.

  • Very interesting thought. I fully agree.

The mother raccoon may represent Clem (discounting the leader thing) who will undoubtedly escape the conflict with two other members.
