I'd say Rebecca. Clem and her didn't like each other in the start, but then she let Clem listen and hold the baby. Their friendship grew so much from Episode 1 to 4, and it would be nice to see it grow further. Also its a shame she didn't get to spend alot of time with her baby she wanted for 9 months.

Sarah, I really liked her character and wanted to keep her around longer. My Clementine was her friend, all the way to the end.
But if I am going with which one deserves to be brought back the most, Nick. His death was so stupid, it's as if he was just a filler death when episode 1 and 2 built him up to be an important character.
There was a line in episode 4 that she says which I liked. It was something like "Look at how far we've come". I went from not really caring if she died to actually feeling really sad when she did.
Rebecca. Nick was a nice guy but useless. Sarah was unfit for this world. Sarita was boring and didn't really bring anything either. Rebecca not only deserved more time with her child but I feel like she is the most BAMF out of the 4. Speaking strictly from a survival basis here. Personality wise, Id say Nick too.
Rebecca, she could care for her baby but also became a rare mother figure for Clem, like Christa.
As much as I like Nick, one mistake could end up killing someone.
Sarah and Sarita in my opinion would only be a help when there's no walkers around.

I really liked Rebecca's character towards the end of the game. She was a tough woman but sensitive too.
