To put everyone at ease, why the supposed "leaked" choices are fake (WARNING: Spoilers)

edited August 2014 in The Walking Dead

To say what choices I'm talking about, I will list ONE of them (mod can delete this part if they want, I just want to make it clear which choices I'm referring to):

You and 0% of players helped Luke with the car / You and 0% of players helped Kenny with the baby

Now that you know what choices I'm talking about, here are the reasons why they are fake:

  1. 4/5 choices end up in determinant characters (and we all know how much TT love these /s)
  2. Amid the Ruins choices were leaked (correctly) but they were in a more file-format if you will. Compare the Amid the Ruins leaked choice formatting to the No Going back "leaked" choice formatting. See the difference?

  1. The result of all of these choices will make season three (assuming we continue Clem's story in S3) start in all different places and I don't think TT have the time, resources or money to do that.
  2. These choices have been floating around for a while, but mods in the official TellTale forum and other TWD forums have claimed these as fake.
  3. These choices mean that ALL important characters (Baby, Kenny, Luke, Clem, Bonnie, Mike and Arvo) survive the gunfight. I don't think so.
  4. One of those side-titles (like for example, in S1E2 with the choice to it has a side title of "Pragmatism") is "helping". I mean, come on. The words TellTale uses for side-titles are usually more... advanced than that.
  5. The leaked choices read:"You and 0% did x" instead of "You and 0% of players did x"

  • I never believe in supposedly 'leaked' content unless the content releases and is included in the Episode itself.
