That model could be real. I know there was a hatless Kenny model found in the files a few months back. I didn't see one without the bandage though.

The model is legit, just unused. The person did some model swapping.

Its from episode 4. PC mod. Take his patch off and hat. From scene when Luke and him are arguing.
It's a modelswap. They removed his hat and eyepatch.
