I have a problem with reset

I have a problem with resetting my password and "logout".
After I registered, went 1 day, then I regret that did not record the password. But then I remembered and tried to enter, but says that the password is not correct. Then I wanted to reset ( I wrote an e-mail, right, I got a letter, I went to the link and wrote a new password, but the system wrote: Oops, something went wrong)
And I created a new account, but when I wrote the comments they were written under an old account) And today I'm writing from my new account, and still I have problems with access to the account: when I press the "Exit"button, nothing happens.
Help if you can.

    In my experience , when the system writes you Oops, something went wrong , you repeat resetting , eventually your password will be rested.
