Gonna be honest, didn't cry at any of them. The character development is a bit lacking in S2. But I feel episode 5 is gonna change all that.

Carlos: I saw it coming, but it upset me quite a bit. Not fair.
Sarita: Wasn't really bothered by it, to be honest. She hardly left an impression on me. I felt worse for Kenny.
Nick: Expected it since he was determinant. I was more annoyed at Telltale for giving him a lazy death than anything. In retrospect, it makes me feel horrible if you promised Pete you would take care of him.
Sarah: No. Just... no. She deserved so much better. I wanted to help her. I'm sorry, Carlos...
Rebecca: I think I said "oh no!" out loud. Again, I expected it, but it was really sad that she died holding her son.

Being a fan of The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones franchise I learnt not to become obsessively attached to any character (even sometimes it's just impossible), so don't be like "you, stonehearted!" if I wasn't particularly shocked by one of these characters' death.
When Carlos died I was upset because I thought he was at least going to make it into episode 4 but then they rushed it and he died for practically no reason.
I thought Sarita's death was obvious.
Nick ..I don't like Nick much so I let him die in ep 2.
Sarah I got mad over because I wanted her to at least get over her dad's death but she wasn't really capable of surviving because she was sheltered.
Rebecca I thought it would happen but not until ep 5...

This is why I didn't care much for Sarita, she was Kenny's girlfriend, and she died so we'd feel bad for Kenny, because she was massively under-developed.
Nick's death really set the standard for Episode 4 for me.
Carlos: monotone voice "Oh no, there goes Carlos." (The trailer made it so obvious that Carlos was gonna die. I actually really like Carlos, too.)
Sarita: It was obviously gonna happen. is scared that Kenny is yelling
Nick: "No! I promised Uncle Pete I'd take care of you! Oh well."
Sarah: "Pick her up, Jane! Get her!" * is mildly sad and then tells Jane off*

I didn't cry for any of their deaths, even though I did like them. They needed more development, Telltale....
Carlos is my fave and to see him die like that was like ??????????? why telltale

Episode 4: Amid The Ruins, had only 3 FIRST deaths. Sarita, Sarah and Rebecca and Jane left, 4 females from the group.
This was the first episode of the season to have female characters die on-screen, Also, despite trying to save them, their fates were sealed in this episode and Sarita and Sarah were both technically determinant.
Carlos: ... Crap. Welp, guess now it doesn't matter what I say to that kid.
Sarita: I immediately regret my decision
Nick: Wow... well, hello Nick.
Sarah: Oye... I think I'd have rather left her in the house.
Rebecca: Well, that was expected. Sigh And... the baby's next.
We all cried at Lee's death ;_;
I was shocked at carlos', as well as Rebecca's. And everyone else was just roll-up-and-cry-while-punching-my-pillow.
Carlos: Huh, I guess the predictions were right.
Sarita: I guess I should have seen this coming, hang on, why did this just become "The Kenny Show" and not the "Let's Feel Bad For Sarita Show"
Nick: Okay that is not acceptable Telltale, that is not how you give a death to a character. At least he had nice hair.
Sarah: I thought you would make it to episode 5, so that was a shock.
