No, but i think we should.
I think Gavin Hammon said that she will appear in episode 5,but he deleted it and there's no proof.Some people saw it,and there's a thread about it.

Only reason I bring it up is because I replaying through s1 right now, and there's quite a few options to talk about your ex, Lee says he thinks she's somewhere in Virginia when your talking to Hershal
maybe i should play through all of them too, just before the ending of season 2, maybe i could be a little nicer to Larry
I tried being nice to Larry, it doesn't work.
actually it does work a little, out in the woods, i told Mark that he was an old racist asshole, which later causes you to get in a fight with him, I've seen some gameplay, in which the lets player told mark that he was just looking out for his daughter, if you do that, he doesn't get mad and you don't have to argue with him
oh i knew mark couldn't keep his mouth closed, so i said looking out for his daughter too.

She is quite possibly dead... or would Lee even accept seeing her again after the affair with the senator. I doubt she will be implemented into the game now but she kinda altered Lee's destiny with her lack of fidelity it seems.
Lee? Hate to break it to you son, but there's a reason why Clem is the protagonist now.
And I think that it'd be interesting, but unnecessary for us to ever see Lee's wife.
