I think All the Russians will be dead but Arvo. So we can find out what his problem was with the meds.
Mike is Probs super dead. Bonnie injured really badly and Kenny and Luke hurt but not going to die of the wounds.

Bonnie, Mike and Luke will die, and Kenny will be wounded but we'll be able to say goodbye to him because telltale likes him.
I think Kenny will die over the course of the episode however, due to clem holding the baby.
Oh, and I think Lilly will return.
Mike is screwed, Bonnie is done, Kenny will just be injured, Luke might die since he was distracted (unlikely). And it is too early to kill Clementine off (I know anyone can die at any time but no).

The RV is in the trailer park in episode 4 regardless, so I think we are to assume that she still found it if you left her on the side of the road.

Luke's angle with the Russian will make Luke die instantly at the beginning of the episode. It's impossible to react quick enough to kill him.
