To be honest , I personally think that Clem will be the one to actually take responsibility for the son of Big Al.

I don't think Katjaa's husband will abandon the little orphan child for Rebecca's baby. He's just a little shaken up by the death of the girlfriend of Katjaa's husband, and it made him remember to the death of Kenny's wife and Katjaa's son.
Why are you afraid to say Kenny and Clementine?
I think Nick's best friend may want to take care of the baby if he doesn't die, he'll get in an argument with Katjaa's husband, and then Carver's assistant who used to be a junkie will ask if the little orphan girl should take care of it, following which Reggie's savouir may die.
